Guys manning the desk were knowledgeable and helpful, upgraded me to a bigger truck at no extra cost and that proved to be a big help with my move.

my pick location .was changed. i was not aware until i went to the first location. they were rude and treated me like trash they should not be allowed to rent ever.. also if you move location call the customer never text. direct contact is a must. i think i am due a credit because of extra miles i should have known about. call me at 7047634914 i want to talk to someone about the girst location

The person at the pick up ( baldish over 40-50 years old) he was very rude knocking his head when you ask a simple question like its not his job to tell you. He was not professional and did not really care about customer satisfaction at the time of my pick up

Everything was great. Worked as it should. I did everything online and through the mobile app. I had issues with the app. Having to repeatedly enter or submit pictures. Otherwise it was a good experience

I rented a U-Haul from the Khawaja Brothers located on Old Statesville Road in Charlotte, NC. However, my experience was not a pleasant one. The younger brother who assisted me was very rude and dishonest. I requested to rent the cargo van, but he told me it was reserved. So, I inquired about the $19.99 truck instead, but he questioned my vision and asked if I couldn't see that all the keys were gone. I had no idea where to look for the keys, and he didn't provide any assistance. The truck I rented had a service engine light on, and the side mirror wouldn't stay in place, making it difficult for me to see who was on the right of me. When I returned the vehicle a little after closing time, I noticed the cargo van was still available, and the two $19.99 trucks I had asked about earlier were also in the same spot. It seemed like the younger brother didn't want me to rent the lower-priced trucks. After receiving my receipt, I realized that I was charged more than I expected for the mileage. However, I had pictures of the odometer before and after, which showed I was overcharged. I've dealt with this U-Haul location before, and the older gentleman who assisted me previously was very friendly and polite. However, this younger brother was the complete opposite, and I will not be returning to this location. I don't usually write reviews, but because of his smart remark about my vision, I felt compelled to share my experience.

I pulled up to the establishment at 8:50am because I had a 9am appointment. The owners got there late. Didn’t get my truck until 9:40. It was so unorganized. I would not visit this location again.

They had the vehicle back in two hours and they didn't check it, the miles nor did I get a receipt. I don't know how much the bill was. They have customers waiting forever. Worst experience ever hopefully I wont have to dispute anything. I didnt sigh anything before I need my bill not a survey as they do nothing.

I have no suggestions to improve. Even though this is not the closest Uhaul location to my house I always rent from here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location!

Make sure vehicle is clean and properly inspected before releasing to customer. Broken driver's side mirror & Low tire pressure front driver's side tire. Owners informed after return. All in all everything went well. Only needed vehicle for an hour or so to move furniture. 22 miles driven. Lowe's or Home Depot perhaps more economical if you can complete within 75-90 min, however, 4hr Uhaul van gave us piece of mind and not feeling rushed. $41 and change ($19.95+.69 cents per mile+$1 environmental fee+tax)

Really sketchy place with several questionable people hanging out in front. Poor customer service. The person I dealt with hardly spoke a word to me. He didn’t seem to know anything about the buying back of my boxes so I just left them with him. Couldn’t wait to get out of there and would never recommend to anyone

Although the location was on the smaller side and quite busy, the staff was exceptionally friendly and provided us with excellent assistance, and they also had many trucks and trailers there! We plan to return in the future!

I was late by 20 minutes for a self pick up appointment as moving the house can take some time and while on my way to shop I got notification that my booking is canceled. So I called customer service and they understood the situation and put my booking back on. When I reached the shop, owner/manager was very rude and started yelling that you are late and deserved to be cancelled as I kept him waiting. So when I mentioned that this is self pick up and it doesn’t matter as all I needed to do was pick up key from the box and I was within U haul late policy. He then cooled down and started my check in. But he soon got riled up after realizing that I had started self check in and again I had to explain to him that this is a self check in booking. Finally when I got keys and started to check my vehicle, another customer walked to me. She was very upset and told me that I must make sure to take pictures of odometer as she was charged a lot than her actual miles but she did not have proof and feels helpless. She also mentioned the owner/manager has been very aggressive and she is going to call the customer service. I was also missing the dolly which I had already paid for and I had go back get it from the shop. Overall the experience was terrible with this shop. I have booked Uhaul few times before and it has always been smooth process. This was first time I booked this shop and I am never going back.

I drove to 4568 Randolph rd Charlotte Nc to 6415 Goldenblush Charlotte NC and back to the uhaul place. I Put more gas in then I received. Picked up at 12:34pm dropped off at 430pm same day. They charged me 71.56. Make it make sense. Very rude loud business man. Unorganized and you may wait all day. I will not ever use uhaul again. And I’m telling everyone I know bc a week prior I used uhal from North Carolina to Tupelo. I go to turn it in. I was a hour behind and the lady charged me another 86.50 for no reason. I reported it and she said she was going to refund 56.50. Well I never received it. I still have the lady’s messages. These people have started scamming and I’m over it. Budget it is from now on. Fuck uhaul and your people that run it. Bootleg af.

Mr Khawaja was EXTREMELY helpful and diligent to make sure I received a clean and ready truck as quickly as possible. When I picked up my 26' rental truck it was raining heavily and Mr Khawaja made sure I had an umbrella and even walked me to the truck. First class service. If I'm ever in need of a U-Haul in the Charlotte area again, my first choice will be Khawaja Brothers. Thank you for making this experience as easy as possible.
