This site was easy drive from my house , everything explained well, truck was very new and clean. Nothing needed improvement at this site except possibly pick up hours as they closed at 3pm. My drivers (brothers) were coming from NJ and PA and we were concerned about delays they might encounter on I-81 as that is almost a daily occurance.

My only recommendation is for a better contact via phone with this rental business for folks with questions/concerns. However, the service I received when picking up the truck was exceptional.

No one was available for the scheduled pick up. Hours of operation were not updated, so a reservation was made for a day when the business was closed.

This place was HARD TO FIND. I called numerous times to get in touch and find the location. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!! Our stress level went through the roof because we couldn't get any information. I finally got the phone number of the regional manager and he got in touch with them. The lady who called back and waited on us once we found the place was extremely helpful and great to work with. However, the overall experience was much less than desired. It's like this guy really isn't in business to do this....just a side job at his convenience.

We just dropped off at this location. No personnel were present. It was a little difficult to find but there were signs in place to guide you there. No real issues.

When I signed up for my U-Haul online, I specifically said no insurance and when I picked up my U-Haul and signed the contract, it was a rushed thing, and I didn't look at it on the Small phone. When I got back to my place, I looked at the bill and I was charged $40 for Insurance that I did not want or need! Hopefully this is being taken care of or will be taken care of soon! Otherwise everything was amazing and wonderful!

A new(er) Uhaul location that still needs some development. They are a towing business, so that's their primary function, and the U-haul thing seems to be more of a side-hustle. The location is an old prison, so that's pretty interesting in itself.

UHaul did not provide a convenient place to return the unit, I was expected to drive 40 minutes out of my way to drop off the unit. The re was a place closer that took the unit but U-Haul charged me a drop charge, come on the corporation needs to be more customer focused.
