Nobody on location when I dropped odd the truck to explain the issues I had with the door and that they should have it fixed before giving to another customer.

Jacob hThe base rental was $29.99 and then 47 cents per mile the person running the facility charged me for the estimated mileage ahead of me actually using the miles and then did not give me any refund when I did not use that many miles I thought this seemed like a very dishonest business practice in addition to that the vehicle was not running very well overall I am not happy with my experience there and if I ever need you all in that City again I will not use that same location

joesph wWas clean but just more worn out… need to charge less for higher mileage trucks. Then said I was over by 60 miles?? Had to go 30 miles to spend the night and 15 miles one way for some stuff to a barn… come on! Who’s going to joyride in a box truck??

ALLEN PIt would be nice for U-Haul to supply adapters for the electrical plug that attaches to your vehicle. It just makes sense that a company that supplies trailers to rent would also supply the different plugs needed to cover all types.
