Only one person that handles the drop off
PATRICIA PI called earlier to confirm drop off location, and then the location wouldn't take the vehicle. I then had to send another hour figuring out where to drop the vehicle off.

Joanne PThis location saved my UHaul experience… after I was sent to a location to return my one way truck that says they have not been a UHaul dealer in over 6 months and you all keep sending people to them, Cold Springs Food Mart stepped in and contact a UHaul manager to arrange for my truck to be dropped off there. They literally prevented your UHaul truck from being abandoned at a drop location that isn’t a UHaul dealer anymore. UHaul— you should seriously step up and thank this local dealer for bailing you out.
Larry CCalling into customer service was terrible on several calls. And the phone line was cutting in and out on half the calls. We extended the reservation but it never registered in your system .

Kent MNice people, but the store was small, and my 26' Uhaul didn't maneuver well in the parking lot. Fine for smaller vehicles. That being said, the proprietor was very friendly.
Shawn SMy complaint is that we paid a huge price to move out of California, when u can rent the same equipment from Texarkana AR going to California for less than half. I was highly passed off and shocked that the pricing was this way
Matthew SThe staff at cold springs were great and friendly. However I confirmed a pickup location where I live in Sacramento 40 mins away. I confirmed my Sacramento location the day before, but 15 minutes before I am scheduled to pick up my truck they divert me to placerville. Putting me an hour and a half behind schedule. I also did not receive my moving blankets I rented in placerville, I had to go back to Broadway uhaul in Sacramento where they were very rude to me about asking for blankets. Overall this process was very stressful as I was on a tight schedule and the online reservation system is very deceiving. Nothing wrong with this location, just the system itself needs improvement to accurately communicate to customers and set expectations on truck availability and location pick up.
Brian CNot a convenient location, and phone service not working well there. We were not able to do phone check in, so had to have store personnel check us in, which took a longer time than expected.
Patrick MBe there when you are supposed to be open. Don't cancel part of peoples order.
