Filed a complaint. Unprofessional! I called to schedule a pick up and your representative had informed me that your representative will help install it to my vehicle. Upon arrival, the person there stated that he doesn't know how to and he can't help. Then we could not install the directional light of the transport to our vehicle because he did not have the adapter for it. First, we were not informed that we needed an adapter since we relied on your expertise. You inquire the vehicle that's towing and the vehicle being towed. If these info were provided, consumer assumes that the equipment being rented consists of all requirements to functionally comply. If it is not, consumer should have been informed that the consumer needs to purchase an additional adapter. Without the directional lights, it is dangerous and illegal. Therefore, you provided an illegal equipment for a fee. Thus, we had no choice to purchase a $20 adapter adding unexpected costs. I called customer service as well but was sent to 3 customer service representatives and ultimately ended the call. It appeared that no one has the answer and left me on the call for more than an hour. I have no choice but to email in hopeful that someone will reply and settle these concerns. I honestly should not be charged for this at all!Pamela F.

Fix the broken AC, this is Texas for god's sake. Fix the truck so you don't have to stomp on the brake before it will actually engage into a gear instead of appearing to be completely broken. Fix the lock box so the key doesn't get wedged inside requiring 20 minutes of struggle to free it. Fix the instructions so it is clear that lock code is for the old school tumblers out of view on the side of the mechanical lock instead of being meant to be entered in an app as the text implied.
