Dropped truck off on Saturday today is Monday and I still am not able to talk to anyone in person. Phone just rings. Hope that no one smokes around that truck. Can't tell anyone else about the missing gas cap. Truck could blow up at any timecarol T.

I am still awaiting a reply because I was overcharged for this rental. I was charged for two days of rental when I only used the trailer for a 24 hour period. The trailer was to be returned on Saturday, a day in which the rental location is closed. However, I still returned the trailer that day and returned it to the owner of the location, Roger, when he was outside the closed location cutting his grass. I am requesting a refund, again, as I was charged for two days and I've written various messages which have not been responded to. Please process a return for 1 day or contact me at 574-514-7195. Clydes Steering & Auto 615 S State St North Liberty, IN 46554 We at the last minute was directed to Clydes Steering and Auto by U-Haul corporate who found us a cargo trailer We put in a order for a cargo trailer at Plymouth Indiana, it was confirmed, I stopped 2 days before pick-up date and again confirmed they had a 5x8 trailer. went to pick up trailer and was told they did not have one. Went on web site to locate one and then corporate called and inquiring why we did not pick up trailer and they then discovered Plymouth did not have our trailer. thanks to the person from corporate helping, she found us a trailer in North Liberty. We have had this happen 2 times in a row and had to scramble to locate a trailer. Time, panic for no trailer, plus mileage to go to pick-up site wasted. We need to rent another 5x8 in September but do not want to go through this experience again. I can not believe it happened twice. someone needs to check with the two pick-up places to find out why this happened. This was not the location I requested for pickup. I gave what I thought was plenty of notice to have one moved to where I requested. This not only made me rearrange all my plans, but added miles and time onto my schedule that was already thin. Then, when I was told I could drop off at a different place, namely where I requested from, it wasn't until after I agreed that I was told it would be an additional $22. I am not complaining about the individual pickup points, I'm complaining about uhaul as a company. Customer service should be just that, service the customer, not customer change plans to put unearned money into to companies pockets.Richard C.

I was VERY disappointed in the location process by traffic, I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the car transport, and I passed 2-3 U-Haul dealers on the way to get the one I reserved. Then I get a call from traffic wanting me to go an extra 30 miles out of my way to drop the trailer at a different location so it would be more convenient for the next renter to pick up. I tried to return the call, got put on hold for over 5 minutes, then I just hung up.... not very pleased with the communication of traffic.... the pick-up & drop off dealers were very helpful... the only positive out of this.... not planning to come back ANYTIME in the near futureJAY S.

Right rear tire was inflated to 10PSI. I inflated it to 65PSI but about 1 hour into the trip I checked the tire pressure and it was down to 56PSI. Also U-Haul trailers do not have trailer tongue jacks making it extremely difficult to hitch and unhitch a trailer by yourself.CHRISTOPHER L.

We had a long to time wait because the person doing the check-in process kept getting interrupted by phone calls. The other person there was working on vehicles and not answering the phone. The people were nice enough. Just wish we had been able to have our first choice for a location. Picking up the truck in another town added an hour to our schedule. If the Plymouth, Indiana location is closed, as we were told in North Liberty, why is it not taken off your website for online registration?Bruce A.

What you can do to improve is not charge there debit cards when they have already paid cash for it. This happened to me 3 times and one company I didn't even go to.Laura G.

The people at the location were good. The problem was I asked for a Saturday pickup in Southbend. They called tellng me to get it Friday, 20 miles from South Bend. Not happy about that change.DANIEL P.
This location was not open on Saturday morning when we returned the trailer. The yard area had plenty of room to get the trailer parked. The location could have called to confirm the return of the trailer on Monday.JANET Q.
The woman running things was completely clueless as to how things were supposed to be done. She was even giving me in town rates on a 1 way rental. I thought I was going to have to pay 99 cents per mile on a 90 mile trip because of her incompetence and I almost went to budget rental instead. the only reason I didn't is because the guy at the drop off place told me he would fix everything as long as I could make sure she put it as a 1 way trip he would fix everything else.JOSHUA G.
