My second time here, and the two guys that work at this location are the rudest most racist people I have ever had to deal with. Since the moment I Called to let them know I will arrive 30 minutes later the manager was rude, short and unresponsive. Awkward to say the least. When I showed up, the younger guy was even ruder, no greeting, and told me I couldn't not rent a truck because I had no mask and no confirmed reservation. I finished the process of checking in outside which is no problem at all, but when the younger guy came out he handed me the keys and slammed the door. Did not even point out where the truck was. The older guy came out yelling telling me I'm looking at the wrong truck....well! Some help would be appreciated??? To make matters worse, I heard him mumbling racial slurs. THE N WORD TO BE EXACT. I'm a vlogger and all this was caught on 4k camera. What a shame!!!!Jillali E.

The original location we made the reservation with didn't have our rental. We were sent across town to pick up the van at Clover Basin. This second location was very friendly, easy to work with, and the location and rental were both very clean. We will make a reservation with this location in the future.SHANDELL C.

Horrible rental. Had trailer rented one way for a week, showed up outside my pickup time. Uhaul rented my trailer to someone else without telling me, I showed up to grab and was told to leave it. Traffic scheduled a new pick up for the next day a half hour farther away and when I showed up told me I stole the trailer from the night before and was on a do not call list. The storage unit was sufficient for my needs. The size was perfect, the accessibility was entirely too convenient, and the price was comparable to nearby units. However, they did raise the price twice while I was a customer there (for approximately one year). That was a huge bummer. I feel like I should have the price that I signed the contract at. The guy in the front desk is a little abrasive but I hardly interacted with him.Kristina H.
When we went to drop off the equipment, the staff was not there, though the hours on the website said 12-4pm. When we went back again, he was there (was out back helping someone else the first time - only one employee perhaps could have a bell/text intercoms situation where the staff can be notified that a client is there.)SONYA M.

The location on Main St was LOUSY, WOULD NOT TAKE THE DOLLY. THEY SHOULD BE DISENFRANCHISED. SENT ME TO THE ONE UP THE STREET THAT WOULD ALSO NOT TAKE IT STATING THE OTHER GUY DOES IT ALL THE TIME-HE ONLY WANTS TRUCKS. I SHOULD GET MONEY BACK! DISGRACEFULmichael L.

This location and employees were excellent. I was not happy to want a van and the online response was "not available but it really was. By the time I arrived at the facility and saw the van, it had been rented during the interim. That's U-Hauls software. Not the fault of this facility or staff. After all information has been completed once, U-Haul should have a system of repeat business without going in to the office. I usually want a vehicle at 5:00-6:00 am. The offices do not open until 8:00, 9:00 or Sunday noon.MARGIE G.
It was an issue for us to have our drop off location changed from Boulder to Longmont. That was customer unfriendly as unappreciated. Also, the only other negative was that the truck had only 1 working cup holder. That was difficult on a cross country relocation.Jeremy O.
The location was fine however my reservation was moved from Main St. to this location which was a further. In addition, my time was cut from 6 hours to 3. Thankfully Chris was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. However, I was not informed to refuel the truck prior to returning so ended up costing me $26 I didn't expect.KAYLYNN C.

There was an error in our rental very frustrating. We were sent to a couple of locations to try to find the vehicle we needed. Upon encountering Christian all our angst vanished. He was positive upbeat and made us feel like family. I have moved cross-country with U-Haul literally dozens of times and this is the first time I actually felt like the U-Haul agent genuinely cared. My wife and I both wanted to stop and bring Christian a pizza because we thought he was so terrific but we thought under the current pandemic circumstances that might not be okay. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE YESTERDAY. i went to Uhaul North Broadway yesterday to pick my truck up.I was told that my reservation was changed to some other location in Longmont which was an additional 14-mile one-way trip. The town was very far and remote.I had to drive up the uhaul from Longmont to my new moving place . Not only I was charged an additional price for all the miles and i had to refuel the gas for the same. First of all my reservation was changed without my authorization no one had the right to do that.i would request you to look at my case immediately and reimburse the additional mile of 28 which was charged unnecessarily.Sumukh L.
I had issues with the equipment. I rented a 5x9 trailer and found out it was not quite 5 feet wide. it was only 4 feet. So it didn't work at all.DAVID A.

I was pleasantly surprised by my uhaul experience....the 17' truck I used had roughly 129,000 miles on it but it performed well and I made a 380 mile round trip flawlessly....I appreciate that the truck was apparently maintained regularlyRONALD K.

This is the best U-haul location I've ever used, and I've rented many different types/sizes of trucks and vans from U-haul over the course of many, many years. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, and really go above and beyond to help you have the best experience that you can. There are many U-haul locations in Longmont but this is my go-to spot.James S.
Poor experience overall: I was billed $25 for an unapproved charge for cleaning, which was NOT required ( swept and even wet-mopped the truck before returning). , & also for gasoline, - despite putting gas into the tank EXCEEDING the fill level when rented. No one was on duty during "Posted" business hours at the time of return, so there was no opportunity to review and confirm that the truck was returned in acceptable condition. This charge was posted well after the point of return, and no bill or receipt sent to me, with no opportunity to dispute these bogus fees. I called the local U Haul merchant- Clover Basin Self Storage, and although being the ones that authorized the entirely bogus charges, they declined to help, saying I would have to call the national U-Haul line at a number they gave me: 1 800 Go U Haul. Calling that number: after a 30 minute wait was told I needed to talk to customer service at a different number. After another 20 minute wait, was then told that U-Haul's computers were down NATIONALLY and they can't help!! Nearly an hour wasted seeking restitution. A TOTAL RUN-AROUND!!!MICHAEL S.
I was charged for gas despite bringing it back exactly as it left and was told it was my fault. I have pictures of both before and after. Lance was rude and combative over the phone trying to resolve this issue, stating that "he was not U-haul". on top of all that, the trucks are very poorly maintained - the truck I got was unpredictable when driving, smelled like there were some dead mice inside and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Terrible customer service to boot. Lance should not be allowed to run a U-haul, he is defacing the brand.HENRY H.

You overcharged me by adding dollies that I didn't receive and then made it a huge hassle to try and get my money back. I had to wait an hour on the phone and now things are up in the air while Uhaul goes through a unnecessarily complicated claim process to give me back the overcharge. Customer service was perfect. Informative, direct, quickly executed with my needs in mind. The guys I delt with were understanding that I was in need of a work truck that could pull my equipment with my own trailer that day and executed my rental and return as easy as as it gets. I did some of the check in on line. Highly recommend that. My experience: Stop pick up and sign... Check vehicle. Drive away. Do my thing for 100 miles at 70 cents a mile. Show up the next day for return........... Yep, that's it.Keith K.

I booked my rental on 2/28/21 for 5/13/21. The day I was going to pick it up, Uhaul said they actually rented the truck I need to someone else. The next closest truck was 50 miles away so they scheduled me to pick it up, but failed to mention they also doubled my price for the reservation since it changed. Making me pay the price for your inability to schedule correctly is poor business. I recommend inconveniencing a loved one to help you move before ever using this company.GAGE A.

Terrible service. Inaccurate pick up time. He was pushing for insurance even though I denied and automatically added insurance protection. I picked up at 10 am and he wanted a return by 9:30am. I wanted to return a day earlier but he didn't allow me. It seems like he just doesn't want me to give refund for a day.Vishrut S.

Please make sure you tell your next customer about the $20 convenience fee, if you return equipment after hours. Not mentioning that alone, even after a conversation about after hours returns, is underhanded. Especially, when you do go over other upcharges, such as insurance.Vinod V.

I dispute fuel and after hours charge as the gas was a little more than expected and I sent location from my device. The truck was not even due until the next day. Last time I rented I was charged a cleaning fee that shouldn't have happened either.Wynell W.
After hours drop off fee for a car trailer are you kidding me!? I dropped it off early two days prior to due date because the location didn't open until noon. Was it hard to move the train into you gated yard!!!
