KEITH BOVEEI loved the idea of app check in so we could get our truck before they opened. However, trying to sign in and check in was a NIGHTMARE! It took over an hour and 3 calls to customer services, in which I was told that since I was picking up later than I reserved that was why we were having problems (ie. it should never be the customers fault!)..... My other concern, if moving on Saturday is a HUGE day for customers, why isn't the store open at 7? a 9 am open time seems very inconvenient for customers. While I do love the idea of app check in, all the info should be taken 24 hours ahead of pick up, this would give the customer much less of a headache and make it easier on pick up day

I was not a fan of the U-haul driver's license app. that required photographing my driver's license and uploading it to a database waiting to be hacked. The app was finicky and required several attempts. I would have preferred the local Clover Basin office making a photocopy. But the service was great and the trailer helped get the job done. All in all a good experience.

Eben GoreskoAppt scheduled 2 weeks in advance for 9 am pickup; no one was there until 9:30 (when the rep's plate says "LOLYGAG," you can't help but laugh at the irony), and the truck wasn't even ready. Truck was in poor condition, including doors that wouldn't shut properly, damaged box, and puking white smoke under power. Truck mileage wasn't right and reported gas tank reading was off. When truck was returned, rep "didn't even know we had a truck out." Everything worked out alright but not the type of experience I expected. Especially when I requested a different pickup location because the one I picked up from couldn't book my appt originally because they couldn't even get into their system (no training). Dropped the ball on this one, U-Haul.

Vincent ReddingFirst location didn't have vehicle, renter hadn't returned on-time. They found a second location with vehicle 5 minutes away. Locations worked well with each other.
Wesley LeggThe location personnel were not onsite as per their stated hours. They did not answer phone calls nor text messages sent to them. It resulted in me having to make two trips to the facility and taking 1.5 hours to pick up a truck. The internet signal was also horrible. Given how many pictures have to be uploaded to checkout and checkin a truck, it took another 0.5 hour to do that each time. The experience was way too painful and time consuming with no on-site help available (and this was 9:30am on a weekday! ). I ended up having to call U-haul directly for them to help me.

Donna McDougalI was charged more than was quoted to me for the trailer, somehow insurance got added. I had to call Uhaul, but they got the charge removed. Not sure who added the $8 insurance that I had already declined when I made the reservation online.

Lori CarterThe staff were eager to help but very poorly trained. The most basic information (such as what the difference is in the insurances etc). Biggest issue- even though I made 4 calls to confirm everything- order was still screwed up. Set us back by 4 hours which cost us half of our loading crew, which cost us an extra day of trying to get things ready to go. Truck wasn't clean, gas tank was almost empty. Only saving grace is that the girls were both sweet. Owner should get their employees some training and resources. This made our move start horribly.

ROBERT FARVERI had a flat tire on thsi trailer, As I could not call anyone at 9 o'clock at night to come and fix the flat, and I had to leave first thing in the morning, I dropped the trailer(with the wheel removed to save the tire) at the location I had originally reserved thse trailer at. To my surprise, I was charged the full rental rate, even though I never used the trailer. Shame on you Uhaul!

Marc WeinreichMy second time here, and the two guys that work at this location are the rudest most racist people I have ever had to deal with. Since the moment I Called to let them know I will arrive 30 minutes later the manager was rude, short and unresponsive. Awkward to say the least. When I showed up, the younger guy was even ruder, no greeting, and told me I couldn't not rent a truck because I had no mask and no confirmed reservation. I finished the process of checking in outside which is no problem at all, but when the younger guy came out he handed me the keys and slammed the door. Did not even point out where the truck was. The older guy came out yelling telling me I'm looking at the wrong truck....well! Some help would be appreciated??? To make matters worse, I heard him mumbling racial slurs. THE N WORD TO BE EXACT. I'm a vlogger and all this was caught on 4k camera. What a shame!!!!

This second location was very friendly, easy to work with, and the location and rental were both very clean. We will make a reservation with this location in the future.
SHANDELL CLUTTERHorrible rental. Had trailer rented one way for a week, showed up outside my pickup time. Uhaul rented my trailer to someone else without telling me, I showed up to grab and was told to leave it. Traffic scheduled a new pick up for the next day a half hour farther away and when I showed up told me I stole the trailer from the night before and was on a do not call list. Hassle to even rent

jack woodruffThe storage unit was sufficient for my needs. The size was perfect, the accessibility was entirely too convenient, and the price was comparable to nearby units. However, they did raise the price twice while I was a customer there (for approximately one year). That was a huge bummer. I feel like I should have the price that I signed the contract at. The guy in the front desk is a little abrasive but I hardly interacted with him.

When we went back again, he was there (was out back helping someone else the first time - only one employee perhaps could have a bell/text intercoms situation where the staff can be notified that a client is there.)
