Access to this location is difficult as it is small and there is no place to turn around except if the attendant offers to open the gate:/ I would not recommend it for a drop off location.

Reservation process was a joke and the Seattle area scheduling office needs a serious house cleaning. Some of the worst employees to have ever been dealt with are in that office.

Only issue I had here, was I dropped it off before the facility opened, Before 7:00 AM like my contract required, but it got scanned in at 9:15 and I got charged for an extra day. Luckily UHaul emails receipts and I called them (sat on hold for 20 minutes) and they did refund the money back, but it was still a hassle to have to deal with that.

Great location, very friendly and helpful. Fast and efficient.

Prefer to pick up truck with full tank of fuel and return accordingly. Also, mileage costs seem burdensome when factoring in distance to pick up unit, drive to get gas and then get load and transfer it. Then back to either departure or destination to arrange for vehicle or ride for self after finishing with truck, adds extra non-value-added miles that add cost without benefit.

When I reserved the truck online the confirmation email said to pickup at the Anchor Storage in Arlington. However, when I called that morning to confirm- they could not find my info. When they looked into it, my reservation was at the Clock Tower Storage in Marysville. When I went to pick up, Sue told me yeah it happens all the time. While not super far away, this was inconvenient and set me back a bit. Since this seems to be a known issue- something needs to be done to fix it.

There was mounds of show everywhere and we could not maneuver the 26 ft truck around and park it, consequently the high pilled snow pushed in one of the plastic mud guards. There will be more snow events in the future and they should plan their snow removal accordingly.

Everything was great. Your workers were understanding about an 8hr delay I had in moving and extend my rental with pleasure.

I used the truck for 25 miles. I put $20 gas in the tank 2 blocks before dropping this off, then I was charged an additional $17+ for fuel on a 25 mile trip. So I was ripped off and basically nothing I can do...except go with a different company next week

More phone contact ability verses online scheduling. I would have gotten a closer pickup location doing business over the phone with the agent checking the availability at the time I ordered the trick. As it was I didn't get my location until 3 days later.

The Manager was very nice, and she was thorough... At the end of my rental, the Credit Card Authorizations made it unable to actually close out the account balance. She did not treat me any different, and she wasn't mean or rude even though the amount did not clear... I went back and called the accounting section of Uhaul, and someone there was able to figure it out. The balance was paid in full within 30 minutes, and everything was just fine... I appreciated the kindness of everyone and it was completely a non-issues day :) THANK YOU!!!

For starters if you rent at this location be prepared for a walk. I understand you parking your car elsewhere due to parking lot is small, but then to get truck have to enter gate code. Wait for gate to open walk back quite a ways to get truck, enter gate code to get out. Moved on hot day and AC not working asked ladies that I should get a discount or something they acted like they didn't care. Also waited for truck check in to verify miles. They said we are busy don't worry we will check it later. I have never had a check in like that in all my rentals. Very unprofessional. Don't rent here if at all possible. Rent somewhere else.

I would of given excellent - but I needed the 12 moving blankets I had ordered ahead of time and the clocktower location did not have the moving blankets. I am not sure if that is a location problem or a problem with uhaul for not having them at the location for pickup. I give the clocktower location high marks for finding me 2 blankets around the office but still it enough for moving lots of furniture. Thanks

Thank you, I wanted a 10-footer and they only had a 15 and I got it for the same price so I thank you very much. All in all U-Haul is very good to rent from, the lady at the desk was very friendly too she did all she could to make my transaction go a lot smoother, so I think her too.

Smallest they had was a 15ft, so charges came out to $45. I only needed it for an hour or so, but kept longer just cuz I was paying so much. Would like to see hourly rates available. Spent about $20 more that I expected or wanted.

The radio quit working and the wipers also due to the ignition turn sticking but did not happen til 30 min after I left. Luckily did not rain much.
