The only thing I would/could suggest is making sure the customer knows when to bring the vehicle back. Yes, it says it on the contract but the advertising says 19.99 per day. A day is 24 hrs. I rented the truck at 1:30 ish and I was surprised to get a text saying my rental was ending at 8:15 the same day.....that's not 24 hrs. I'm 50, I've rented probably 20 times and I've always had 24 hr day rental.

someone needs to stay in the office at all times or leave a notice that they will be gone for some time. They were late giving us the truck rental. Also the supplies we ordered were not ready and not all of it was available. Truck needs to go in for maintenance.

Absolutely horrible. First off the girl says I’m good to go and didn’t even charge me a dime. then a day later I get a charge for 144 dollars. And my receipt said I was below 1/4 tank and charged me for 46 miles I didn’t drive

Is it customary to rent a vehicle to two different customers the same day and charge them each a full day's rental. I ask because the last day I rented a cargo van they wanted it back to give to someone else about 3:30 or 4:00.

Love the new location right off Highway 9 and 92. The building is clean, associates are friendly and cracking jokes which puts everyone at ease. The vehicles all look and smell brand new! Can't beat the price!

They overcharged for the uhaul. We did almost the same run last weeken and was charged $55 more. Also tried to say it had a full tank when it only had 3/4 tank. In addition had an additional 6 miles over what the contract said it had. This price needs to be adjusted.

I went to this location in person two weeks ahead of my desired date and requested a 15 foot truck for a day. The guy told me they opened at 10 am and that was the earliest I could pick up so I arrived a few minutes prior and another guy was there and said he didn't have anything for me. After looking on his computer he said my reservation was for 10 PM not am. So we got past that and he gave me the truck but we had recently had snow and the truck was covered, windshield frozen and the back opening mechanism was frozen solid. You would think they would have your rental ready to go for you when you arrived but no. Someone else was picking up and had the same problem and his had boxes and dirt inside his. Well as for the truck itself, it had serious steering and alignment issues and would be unsafe for an inexperienced driver. The steering wheel was very sloppy and had to be turned almost a quarter to the left to go straight. Very looks in turns. Also the left headlight was very dim and unsafe driving at night. Time to get this truck to the shop!

Nothing that can be changed, but the entry is in a location that makes it impossible to exit to the west and enter from the east. I know the area so it was easy for me to make changes to my approach, but someone unfamiliar to the area could end up lost in the surrounding area.

Flawless, despite my completely forgetting to reserve a truck! God was in the move, and a truck was returned three days early and was available to me within one hour of my panic call. The gentleman who was "manning" the site in the absence of the regular employee was totally professional, courteous, and made what could have been a disaster a good experience. I am actually planning on renting from uHaul again this week, but I'll probably use the service at my Storage facility in Smokey Point. I didn't know they rented, but they wouldn't have had a truck available anyway.

Dropped off truck, either they couldn't see the notes the pickup location entered or they ignored them completely as I was charged for gas

I reserved a truck to be picked up yesterday at 4- I said I'd have it back the next day at 10 in the morning- I got off work early and went in to pick up the truck at 2:45- the gal said she'd have to charge me for an extra day- I told her I was bringing the truck back at ten and she said it didn't matter- I asked if she could cancel my reservation and make a new one for 2:45- she said no -too much paperwork- So I went out and sat around until 3:45 then went back in and rented the truck............ I rent 10-12 trucks a year (for my wife's bazaar business) and I'm a realtor so recommend u-haul often- I'm extremely pissed off at the stupidity of the situation.............................................................Dennis Sanders (425) 422*2221

Self check-in via the app takes way too long. Too many extra questions to answer and entirely too much time spent in the verification of ID process just to have them come back and ask for another person to call and then sitting and waiting for them to reach that person. And at this facility, you still have to go inside to get the key anyway, so it would be best to just check-in at the office. I could have been in and out in half the time.

Wasn’t really worth the self checkout because I still had to go into the office to get the key which meant I had to sit and wait about 20 to 25 minutes for the office personnel to get back from showing other folks some storage units and then for them to get started on paperwork. Would suggest a lockbox with code to retrieve the keys at expected time of rental. Self return was nice though. Returning with self check

My reservation from 3 weeks ago was changed to this site the day before my move and not all of my equipment I reserved would be available. The clock tower staff were excellent but uhaul logistics and support staff were terrible. I will never use this service again.

I understand that I'm trying to rent a truck in a hot market on the weekend but the lack of communication and unwillingness to offer better service on the company's part reflects a much deeper problem in the company. Not only will I not recommend your services in the future, I'll go out of my way to deter future customers of yours. I was forced to drive 30 miles out of the way to pick up the truck and had to wait an extra 20 minutes because the dealer at this location couldn't log into your broken system. The room was filled with unhappy customers who waited patiently through all this mess like me. When I got the truck, the middle seatbelt was moldy and strewn about the floor. I overfilled the tank and was still charged because of the ridiculous miles extra I had to drive. One on one customer service at both centers was good but in terms of infrastructure, your company is disjointed and cares more about money than the customer giving it.

The windshield was covered with some kind of film. We could not get it cleaned even by commercial window cleaner. It was very dangerous, especially at night.
