MIGUEL RI love the customer service at this location and the patience the only problem I had was the van was NOT CLEAN it had dog hair everywhere the ONLY REASON I DIDN’T COMPLAIN WAS BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT NOTHING TOPPED THAT AND YES I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!!

Ronley BEmployee didn’t seem to see the need to walk through and inspect the initial cargo van that was being rented to me so therefore he rented me a van that was very unkept and out right dirty initially , also the door handle was missing but he stated he had done an inspection prior to my arrival which once I was unable to enter the van due to the missing handle That let me know that there was no inspection done because he was not aware of the damage to the vehicle… Another customer just so happened to be turning in another cargo van , thank goodness the person who returned it kept it clean and tidy if not for the return of the other van I’m not sure if I would’ve been able to Make my trip

Byron GThe locations were OK. The overall experience was horrible. First, the truck that I had rented a week prior, was not going to be available for 7/20/24, no contact from UHaul. I thought to check on 7/19 and then found out the truck was not available. Spoke to customer service and they set me up with a truck at a different location about 30 miles from my original location. Found out on the morning of 7/20 that this new location was closed on 7/20. After hours on the phone, getting transferred multiples and having to call back multiple times due to be hung up on or disconnected, I was given the number of a regional manager, Jacob something. He was very helpful and got us a truck 45 miles away. To top things off, UHaul then wanted to charge me $29 for being over on mileage. Will likely never us UHaul again and will not recommend you.

KENNETH BWhen picking up our rental employees had to come unlock the building because we were their last pickup of the day and they wanted to go home early. They behaved very unprofessionally, yelling (playfully) back and forth about the keys to our rental. Not to mention, they seemed bothered to even be working. The worst part of this experience was that the truck was filthy, but we only needed it to move some furniture last minute, and when we arrived early for our drop off, it seems they went home by or before 4pm. Their posted time is 4:30 pm on the building and 5pm online. When returning, I like to return to an employee to verify my return. Another customer showed up to go inside the building, and they seemed surprised that no one was inside before closing time. I am very disappointed with this location of Uhaul and will not be renting here again.
Sierra BTruck has mechanical problems that were not stated prior to rental. Truck was not clean inside of cab although it stated being clean.

MAURO SThe U-Haul corporation it's self, needs to be more active in the repairing of the equipment, the location I use went above and beyond to find me what I needed, it's the U-Haul corporation it's self that failed, my need wasn't time sensitive so I could Waite until what I needed was ready, but U-Haul corporate is slow reacting to repairs, do better next time ...

Robert LIt was alright but I didn't get what I ordered online. I ordered dollys and they didn't have what I ordered online. Put me in a hard place cause everything was scheduled and nobody had any available day of. Lost a lot of time riding and calling around trying to find some. I had ordered 2. A big one for my washer/dryer and furniture and I ordered the smaller one for all the heavy stuff as well. I feel if you order and they say they have it online, they should've had it or given a warning because some people like to be prepared.

I have been using U-Haul for years now and have done around six moves. It was to the point I had to go in the store to get the truck because online(even chatting with an agent) was not working.
Trevian AMy experience with U-Haul customer service, particularly with manager Luisa over the phone, was exceptionally poor. Despite reaching out for assistance with my reservation from Hinesville, GA to Ocala, FL, Luisa's handling of the situation left much to be desired.Communication with Luisa was challenging and unhelpful. She appeared uninformed about my reservation details and was unable to provide clear guidance or assistance. Her responses were lacking in professionalism and failed to address my concerns effectively.When I encountered issues during the rental, including damage to my vehicle, Luisa offered no meaningful assistance or resolution. Her dismissive attitude and lack of accountability further exacerbated an already frustrating situation.Overall, my experience with U-Haul's customer service under Luisa's management was deeply unsatisfactory. I would caution against relying on this service for any rental needs due to the poor communication, unhelpful attitude, and lack of support demonstrated by Luisa and her team.
Jhonny AFriendly service The only thing I wish that Uhaul would do is offer the rental of dolly's for moving. I've never rented a Uhaul and assumed the dolly's came with the trucks. When I made the reservation nobody said anything about no having dolly's . When I went to pick the truck up and I asked if there was a dolly they told me dolly's don't come with the trucks and I asked to rent one they told me they didn't have any. Had I known that at the time I reserved the truck I would have reserved one then.

ROGER OWhen you enter you have to search for someone to help. There is no counter, just offices and no one greets you and ask you to wait while they are helping others.

Al HThe company should honor the customers that take time and do reservations with time in advance. I did mine a month ago and hours before my day the reservation location was changed to one 25 minutes away. I was OK with this in some matter but when I got there the person didn't had my reservation in his computer and either a truck to give me. The available truck was founded another 30 minutes away which was actually an hour away from my original reservation spot. A waste of time and a very frustrating thing for me that had already a moving day scheduled for different tasks.

jorge cNo problems with rental. However, when I returned the truck, I refueled the truck to EXACTLY where I picked it up. My final receipt stated I returned the truck with 1/4 a tank less, and I was charged $50+ in fuel charges. Next time, I will be sure to walk out with the rep to verify fuel level. Very disappointing.

Well lite and bright lighting throughput the facility so you can actually see where your going. This facility makes sure it's customers have easy access to their unit and has large dollie's available for easy transport of your belongings. Staff here are always polite and available.
