It was a shock to have my booking changed from a dedicated U-Haul site to a hardware store. The hardware store people were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with, and I may go back to their store if I need hardware in the future, but they didn't know everything about the equipment I was renting that a U-Haul employee might have been able to tell me, like that the truck had a backup camera in what looked like a superfluous rear-view mirror. If U-Haul is going to use stores as pick-up locations, it would be nice if it offered more training to store personnel.Pauline A.

Unit retuned at 11:30 AM. With 12,306 miles on ODM. 21 miles traveled during rental. No check documentation provided when vehicle returned and did not receive any computer generated documentation by 5:45 PM.JOHN R.

The employee seemed annoyed. I was well under the 90 mile limit in my contract but seemed annoyed at me that the renter didn't mark the starting mileage and then on the receipt wrote that I drove 100 miles more than I did. I'll be using another company next timeAlex A.

The van had a damaged in the back bumper. It would've be good to know before or it should've been written or documented before i do my inspection. Because if you fail to report that it was already there you'll be charged for it.zayas M.
