The pick up and drop off experience when the store is closed was horrible. Which was on a Sunday. We were at the drop off location for over an hour trying to go through the process. We were on hold with UHaul 3 different times for 15/20 minutes each time.Kevin M.

We took a picture of the mileage before we left the parking lot and it's a different amount on the invoice. After taxes we were over charged $0.42. Is this a common practice? The last (?) Renter spilled a drink in the drink holder and the truck wasn't swept out.Christopher K.

When I called to tell them I wasn't done with the uhaul that I had one more garage to do and I'd have it back that evening and she was really snotty telling me they closed at 4 and hung up on me! How rude! I spent almost $400 and I'd at least liked to have had a thank you, got nothing! She was very rude and unprofessional! I'm telling all my friends to stay clear of that location..Renea C.

Customer waited 15 minutes in store before a worker showed up to assist. Customer ordered moving pads and they were not in trailer when customer arrived back at his moving from location. Tried several times to call location to discuss and no phone answer and their voicemail box was full and could not leave a message.BRADLEY S.

Andrea was very helpful as this was my first rental. One of the guys helped me hook up the trailer. I had some trouble with the on-line reservation and called the 800 number and got great help. The experience could not have been better.Robert B.

The 24 /7 service at this location was terrible couldnt get cell service the lock box code that they gave was incorrect spent over an hour just tryimg to get set up and off the lot . Had the same issue upon returning also got charged and extra 11 dollars beyond the wuote and i used it for half the mileage i stated in my quote all around terrible experience. Not to mention customer service put me on hold for 20 minutes to discount my rate thenhung up on me terrible service all around.Marc N.

We are not happy at all with UHAUL period! We were charged a deposit after we were told there would be none ... after putting it on our credit card. The cost was 159.00 and this deposit was 100.00.... however our card was charged 298.00???? And the deposit has never been returned yet... they can't explain why the discrepancy in amounts or why my refund hasn't been done.... I will never rent another truck from them again!!Rob O.

this experience was absolutely terrible. we arrived at 850 to ensure we got out right at 9. we did the mobile checkout only because that was the only option. we did not leave the location until 935 because the app would not working. it kept saying waiting on an agent. no one was found at the tool rental it was located. I had to call the 1800 number 2x to talk to someone. he finally just told me the code for the lockbox which we had trouble finding. we were an hour late to our destination. when we dropped the truck off we could not check it in on the mobile app. it kept saying error. my husband spent 15minutes trying to get through on the 1800 number to check it in. we went trucks all the time and this whole process was outrageous. we started our project 3 hrs late. then I got 3 phone calls to extend our contract until 6 because we didn't turn out truck in. then another because they can't see that we ever turned out truck in even after we called to close out. not only were we super behind on our project but had to keep stopping to field all these phone call where no one has a clue what is going on. I tried to speak with customer service at that point because I want a refund and he can not see that I ever even picked up a truck. I will be calling asap for a full refund because we will never rent a truck from you all againemily M.

according to Uhaul, an employee ("Faith") of this location ("Cleves tool rental") canceled my reservation for Saturday morning June 16th. Vendor did this without notifying me or getting my permission. After confirming by phone with the vendor Friday evening June 15th that I had a reservation for the next morning, I arrived at Vendor to pick up the vehicle whereupon I learned my reservation had been cancelled, and that another party had the vehicle reserved for noon that day. I spoke with the other party and learned that they had reserved the vehicle three days prior. A Uhaul rep informed me that the Vendor cancelled the reservation, but vendor denies this happened and continues to claim ignorance. A rep for the vendor (Cleves tool rental) said that they would look into the matter and took my phone number. I have not heard back from vendor. The rep for the vendor who informed me upon arrival that I did not have a reservation told me that the other party would only have the vehicle for a few hours. He told me that he would wait until the other party returned the vehicle so that I could then rent it that day (Saturday). When the other party returned with the vehicle, the vendor was closed, and the other party told me that the clerk locked up and left immediately after she signed for the truck and got the keys. I ended up renting the same vehicle Monday, June 18th, and returned the keys to the drop box that night. After receiving the receipt in my email, I learned that the vendor over estimated my miles by 35%, that the cents per mile was more than I had been told, and that the vendor added "safe move" insurance, an added charge that I had verbally declined. I phoned Uhaul with this complaint three times, the first being June 16th, the latest being June 29th, but I have never received a return call, explanation or apology from any manager of Uhaul. -Tim 513-520-8686TIM T.
