The first moving co. did not show -up and the the second did not properly secure items, most anything of value ended - up damaged broke front glass of both washer and dryer rub marls on couches, i provided ratchet straps and drop clothes and asked if they knew what they were doing.did not realize till unloaded. You could let the local place (ie Cleveland OK) Know IMMEDIATELY when a reservation comes in!..... THEN......you could make sure the equipment scheduled is available at location needed...... THEN......you could bring the equipment to the location reserved......reserved 2 plus weeks prior BTW...... THEN.....you could make sure your One Way Customer KNOWS which location to return equipment.......vs us arriving exhausted to a location who makes us wait 20 minutes while counter guy gets his snacks.....only to be told "we don't usually accept drop offsJane M.

Late in opening by 30 minutes. Did not know how to operate computer , did not know product . Called us uppity because we asked questions that she did't know, such as , what size of the ball for the hitch, and where is the man who could show us the trailer and how it operates .( He was still at breakfast ) They had to call him to hook us up. The lady became so upset at us she called the Manager ( witch was still at home ) and told her we were awful and she couldn't work with us , and she came in from home and glared at us for having to come in , and scaring her help . I've had my own company for over 30 years , before selling it and retiring ,so I know how to handle customers . I never seen such incompetence in a place of service .doyle M.

Tow dolly was in VERY POOR condition. Tires, deck, fenders and wiring. And both tires only had 30psi when stated 65psi and tread was at least 2/3 worn and I was going to be pulling it 1200+ miles. Deck beat and banged like it was falling apart. Wires had cuts in many places to the copper. Fenders busted and flopping in the wind. Then when I returned it the untrained dealer unhooked the ball hitch while I was backing the car off the dolly causing damage to my Winnebago and my car at their dealer lot. No sir, I would not recommend UHAUL.Dean T.

There was no address listed on the paperwork, only directions to call a number that was not in service. I just happened to find the location by driving around and then it was closed. Since it was way out of the way to get there I had to leave the truck and put the keys in the box.Justin V.

The girl that processed my transaction didn't know what to do and I had to help her with the computer. Once we got it figured out she didn't do a pre inspection before I was given the truck. The Gas meter was incorrect when I left and the company charged me 60$ for gas that should have been included in the price. I'm really unsatisfied and won't be using UHaul again. On top of bad service I was ripped off and no one will return my call.JAMES H.
Janice at the Tulsa center was my go to person in my move. People did not return trucks or car h as ulcers in a,timely manner. Janice absolutely went out of her way to make my move happen!! I made a reservation for a tow dolly that I was to pick up in a town about 11 miles from our house. When we arrived, the tow dolly was not available due to it needing repair. The agent said it should have been flagged in the system. She then called U Haul at 800-761-7136, and informed them of the situation. They located another tow dolly in another town 26 miles from our house, and since the town where we went to pick up the dolly was almost halfway between the town we needed to go to for the available dolly, I decided to go the extra distance to get the dolly. When we arrived at the next town, the location of the U Haul agent was not easily visible from the road, and we had to use GPS to locate it in a town we were already familiar with, since I did not receive the text with their location, as I was informed I would receive, by the agent at the previous location. When we inspected the tow dolly at this location, we discovered that one wheel harness strap was damaged, and unsafe, so, disappointed, I canceled the transaction, and was headed home when my friend suggested I pull over, and call another location which was not too far from the town we were in...yet, no-one answered the phone. I then called the agent at the initial location, informed her of the situation, and she advised me to call the aforementioned 800 number, which I did. The customer service rep that I spoke to suggested that I go back to the location I just left, as there was a car hauler available that she would let me use for the same price as the tow dolly. What started out as a wild goose chase, worked out for the better, as I did not notice a car hauler available at the first location which was closest to home. I appreciate the customer service rep who helped us that day, to recover what would have been a wasted trip, fuel cost, time, and effort. I suggest that equipment be regularly, promptly, and rigorously inspected, and that the system network accurately/actually reflect the availability, and condition of equipment. If not for the customer service rep that helped to make a bad day better, I was intending to look elsewhere, that day, and in the future, for services to meet the requirements of a task at hand.douglas M.

The office staff were very warm and friendly to myself and my helpers; they helped us work out a good rental experience in spite of the cold, bad weather; and in spite of the extended time we needed to keep the truck. Poor girl behind counter hadn't been trained as it took well over 30 mins just to check out. Equipment worked fine but very old. They couldn't really help with the trailer hookup so we had to hopen we hooked it up correctly which ws a bit concerning. Only saving grace was they lent me an electrical adapter so I could hookup to the archaic pigtail vs forcing me to buy it.Randy F.
