The location was fine. U-Haul overall is a big disappointment.
Alexander T.Someone at another location cancel my order and when I went to pick up my truck and car dolly they did not have all the equipment and it took me two hours to find the proper equipment in town. Horrible experience!

FRANCES B. | Overall ExperienceWas told the place opens at 8am when I called to confirm my reservation. Had a reservation for 8:30am. When I arrived at 8:30am, the doors were locked. Around 8:45am, an employee from the storage facility let me and another customer in and let us know that he normally doesn't handle the uhaul rentals, but the uhaul guy was out so he would get us set up. I really appreciate the guy that helped us but the uhaul side of things seemed very disorganized. Also, the truck felt like the transmission was about to go the whole time I was driving and the driver's side mirror was broken so I had to keep adjusting it while driving. Very unsafe.

Chris S. | Overall ExperienceI liked Clement Storage. It was convenient and it had a place under cover for my motor home. It does need some work as to the roads and parking areas. I know that they are in expansion mode, but there does need to be additional work to the facility area. It tended to be too muddy where I stored my MH, but overall I was pleased and would use them again. I would recommend.

Richard S.the 1st truck had a check engine light on and had issues running then they swapped me out into a 2nd truck with very low miles that ran great at first after driving down the road at speeds greater then 55 the front end was very shaky as if it had bad tie rods or bad tire other then that it ran very well and the customer service was excellent

I'd give them a 5 star rating. I wouldn't change anything about your rental process at this location. I haven't had the opportunity to use your storage facility yet but I believe it will be at the same standards.

Gary H.I reserved a 26 ft truck and only received the 15 ft truck but didn't make an issue out of it because we were ready to just get it done. They charged us the fee, we paid the extra insurance fee and only drove less than ten miles round trip. The tank was on a quarter of a tank. He told us to fill it back up to a quarter of a tank when dropped off and in the middle of moving called me to ask how long I would be (after telling me in the office if we returned the truck after five to drop the keys in the box outside) because "We have the truck reserved for use at 5pm." Yea what? I reserved that truck for the day and had every right to use it all day if need be. He knew we were only moving right up the street and it would be a short move, so he reserved the truck for 5 pm hoping we'd be finished by then. I accommodated him and brought it back before 5 which was inconvenient and he charged me $25 for not putting in $5 worth of gas as the gage was literally a millimeter below quarter tank. Will never recommend to family or friends or use their trucks or storage ever in the future.

James L.The truck was outdated and not even remotely clean. The entire time I was in the truck I had to keep praying it wouldn't break down, because it sure sounded like it was about to give up the ghost. Being a military brat, I have been in a lot of Uhauls, but this one took the cake.
KATIE H.The drop off was in a deserted shopping center with no signs , when I called local a girl named DeeDee sent us on a wild chase looking for Hidden Hills Associates which was not even there!!!!!!!! Come to find out they expected me to drop this truck off in an abandoned lot in a bad part of town. Ended up going further to union street . This girl was not helpful and no personality to work with the public!!!!!!!
