Have your weekend personnel trained to understand your internet apps and have your apps up and properly working. You do not have enough personnel to assist patrons in a timely manner. One hour to pick up equipment that had been reserved four days in advance was not convenient for me.DAVID R.

This location was great. I forget the gentleman's name, but I really enjoyed him and his personality. It felt like a friend loaning you something. That's something special considering I was paying money. I'm going to highly recommend this location.BRAULIO C.
Paid $160 to drive around in a dirty truck. Outside was disgusting. Washing the truck before giving it to a customer would've been nice. Also the inside smelled like a homeless camp, drenched in air freshener.David J.

I took extra time to check in online. When I arrived at this location, the person helping insisted on reviewing everything prior to handing over the keys. I was in this location for close to 30 minutes and no other customers were there. None of us are entitled to speedy service, but this was far from efficient.Loren W.

I rented a U-Haul on Clay Street it never got returned so they referred me to Van Buren which was super far and I went almost 15 miles over the limits and still had to pay for it so it was almost as much as a 15-foot that I get every Monday as it was for the 10-foot that I get every WednesdaySHANA W.

Also had to talk with several maliciously incompetent customer service reps who sent me all over the place after promising me another location's truck that didn't exist. Old man working there was a jerk and condescending. He became irate when another customer put their mask on and claimed that the masks were useless and clearly attempting to make a political statement. It took me an hour to check out my u-haul it was clear he was attempting to give me poor service on the basis I also had a mask on. I arrived at 9:00am on the dot to return my u-haul the following day only to have to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive late and accept my return. Extremely poor customer service, and terribly unprofessional establishment. Do not recommend.Miguel D.

The old man was not wearing a mask and his comment upset me that he need a 2nd phone number because he thought I was gonna fleed to Mexico with the uhaul truck. He said I was gonna get charge $30 if I didn't bring the truck rental back with the same gas so I brought it back with one quarter more of half tank and he didn't even discounted me that on my final statement and coded me half tank received. Everything else was ok but the customer service was not goodAraceli L.

I was charged an extra day for a 2 day rental. I rented the truck for one day, called in the morning before my drop off time to extend one more day, the lady had no problem doing that and told me to have it in by 12, not the time I picked up the truck (1 hour after pickup/dropoff time) she never said she was gonna charge me a 3rd day, had i known that I would have kept the truck for a total of 3 days. Then speaking with them, they just referred me to customer service instead of fixing the problem. Of course I'm finding all this out after I had completely filled the tank for them, which I did not have to do, as my contract said 3/4 tank. They were very friendly during pick up and drop off, but do not just let them email your receipt, check with them before you leave.KAILUND L.

It took every bit of strength to open the rear door, which came crashing down on me after the cables on both sides failed. I was able to get out of the way and grab the door, but in doing so, slightly strained both wrist. My wife and I took the truck to Uhaul off the 91 freeway, Riverside, to see if they could open or fix the failed cables but they said only roadside assistance could repair it. We need our belonging so I took the chance to our destination after spending 2-3 hours trying to pry the door open. I managed but I decided to return the truck out of fear the door might collapse on my wife or myself. I tried to rent a different vehicle after taking back to Clay Street Uhaul, where VON, the agent saw the cables hanging from the truck. He apologized and told us he couldn't do anything but to call customer service. It was a very tiring, unsafe and inconvenient experience! I would love to have at least a partial reimbursement since I have to rent another truck to finish our move. Regretfully, Johnny MayerJohnny M.
