These people are real assholes. They get smart and talk crazy to you, and have the nerve to put you out of their office if you respond. I tried to conduct business and wanted a print out of my bill when I returned the truck, they sent me an email instead and I can't open it. I was charged and outrageous price and I don't know what it is that has made my bill so high. They wouldn't go over the details of my bill with me after I had a confrontation with them. I was incredibly unhappy with the staff and the absolute disregard of Covid-19 regulations. I was in a small room with 3 guys who weren't wearing masks or social distancing- one had a cough. I asked them to put masks on when I needed to hand them stuff and the guy in charge told me, â€œNo, that's not going to happen.â€ A woman kept coming in next to me without a mask. This is a complete disregard of others who may be at risk if we get covid. If I didn't have to move that day, I would have canceled on them right then and there. Uhaul should be ashamed of their lack of PPE. I can only assume that the company isn't providing PPE and/or they haven't made slowing down the spread of this disease a priority at all. I called the governor of Kentuckyâ€˜s hotline for businesses who aren't following these guidelines, and I hope this place is held accountable.Mitchell M.

The online reservation and phone pick up is extremely duplicative, I entered the information with my reservation, then had to upload 100 photos and the same information again when i picked up. ridiculous. Also the 25$ O3 cleaning Service on the bill was not in the reservation. The fee was more than the $19.99, so you might want to mention in the reservation charge, that's even more ridiculous.colette M.
The location and truck availability was great but thats really all this place has going for it. The "lower" staff was friendly but the managers were surly and rude. I only realized who the manager was after he walked past me, then barked over his shoulder to follow him into a small office where he proceeded to grumbled at me from his unmasked face. Where to return the truck during business hours was not clear. I returned to a vacant business at 4pm and searched for the manager or someone to confirm the placement of my rental truck. After looking the abandoned property over, a woman popped out of their car wash to mock me sarcastically about the "big" sign that read "Uhaul overnight drop-off". Their operation felt very "Mickey Mouse" and half-assed. It's unfortunate that this location is so centrally located in Louisville because I'll be renting elsewhere from now on.Kyle D.

Not only was the original truck I reserved not available when I went to go pick it up, I had to wait longer for the next reservation to be available, had to pay more for a larger truck because the one I wanted wasn't available again and didn't receive the $50 reservation guarantee either.Patricia R.
The truck I had was not maintained very well. The steering seem to be extremely loose. I just felt that truck should no longer be on the road. The gentlemen that helped me was very polite and courteous and he was also very helpful. Except for the condition of the truck maintenance wise I would definitely recommend that location without any hesitation.Bonnie B.

A comment for Uhaul, not the locatoin. I received the car smelling of smoke, and cleaned it thoroughly, I returned it in better condition than I got it. I marked the box that said it was clean enough for another family to use, yet I was still charged a 20$ cleaning fee?!?!?!?!??!?!?Eric W.

There were no issues with Classie Car Care, but I had to call the 800 number because I was sent an email stating I had to pick up from this location and a smaller truck then originally reserved. My complaint would be with two of the three customer service reps that handle calls on the 800 number. A male who said his name was Fin and the last female I spoke with. My haulers could not come so I returned truck, asked regional if 29$ could be reapplied to rental Monday cause haulers would be here, senior citizen on fixed income and regional a bit abrasive tone girl named Michelle said no. Classy cars uhaul said they would call me and try and work something out, but he didn't..yet Michelle says I can make a new reservation, that's a joke, non compassion they were, to reapply my 29$ would gave made for great service act of kindness. Which now I choose to go to some one who is more understanding and see that a satisfied customer is more blessed. I have several more moves and good for referral too but not now UHAUL YOU ALL DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER ONLY WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU, money. When I use it for only 4 hours you are able to rent to another person still on my 24 hour pay time, they are not kind nor considerate. I will let my other senior citizen friend know so they won't run into problems like this, I got nothing but a charge, only 10 miles , 5 each way and they kne I didn't put the 60 miles estimate on truck?????? will shop around. I see now the bad reviews online, I will share mine as well. At Kroger we had an expression for the customer called make it right, your expression seems to be so what just give us the moneyMartha D.

Truck wasnt checked back in till Tuesday, although, I turned it in Saturday. Lady said she was too busy to tell me my refund, call the 1-800 no., who also was the one to tell me that theyruck had not been checked in. This was that monday.Zula B.
When I arrived it was very confusing where to actually go to get the truck, being that it's a actual car wash. It was cars everywhere and had several small buildings. Once I got inside. He seemed to be happy that I had everything filled out ahead of time. So he assured me it would go very quickly. But it didn't. He couldn't get his system to work. And the card wouldn't run. So, i sat there for 40 minutes. Trying different cards. Until he suggested I got to a ATM and get $100 and give to him. I was so upset. I was now running a hour behind to my event and had to leave and come back. After I get back. He takes a $100. Even though the total was only $52. And writes a receipt on a torn blank piece of paper. Saying â€œshe paid depositâ€ and signed his name. Then he tells me they're not open on Sunday and I can come get the rest of my money Monday. I'm very disappointed in this service. If I could give this a 0, I would. I use uhaul every time I have a event but, with the service I received I honestly don't want to anymore. Beyond disappointed and disgusted. I haven't even received my $48 back yet, it's most likely going to be a disaster when I go back to get it.Monet B.

Truck reeked of cigarette smoke, made grinding sounds when accelerating, took two people to push the ramp back into place. Parking lot was very difficult out to get out of, as I had to squeeze the truck around a tight alley to exit. During drop off the website failed to open the camera when I was supposed to take a photo of mileage and the gas gauge - which meant I couldn't complete the drop off. Got a charge from Classic Car Wash for $13.86 the next day - I assume because I didn't fully complete the drop off through the website.Lucas K.
When I opened the rear door I found the truck had not been cleaned. I returned to the rental location and they removed what was in the truck. They also agreed to discount my mileage for my trouble. I returned the truck early and there was no one to check it in. I was hoping to know my total then. I received an email today with the actual billed total, which was less than the amount held on my debit card but I have not seen the difference credited to my account.Clint A.
