Kid on the counter didn't know what to do. Had to call his boss. We had to communicate over the phone.

The person at the counter had no clue how to facilitate the rental process. I had to figure it out myself as the store owner was not present. The truck was not filled with gas upon pick up. There was no wash fluid and it needed an oil change.

It was a very dirty vehicle. The oil required changing, and there was no windshield washer fluid. The location was 25 km away from my location, resulting in an additional 50 km that I did not need to pay for. The dealer was very nice. Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle results in a poor rating.

The employee for our pick up was friendly and knowledgeable but the drop off employee was not aware of how to handle drop off and had to phone another employee (possibly the previous guy). The app caused great frustration as it kept freezing up and closing on me. I have no idea how it completed my drop off, but somehow it did on it's own. The location is in a very rough neighborhood with homeless people by the side near where the vehicles are. I originally made my reservation for a different location near my house and was sent to this one. I do not recommend this location at all. The entire front counter is stocked full of drug paraphernalia, knives and bear spray for sale. The truck was great though and being able to extend the rental was very easy through the app.

When someone rents in line at a specific location, ensure the vehicle is there instead of making them drive to the other end of the city to get it. Also, ensure the vehicle is clean. The one left for me was disgusting. Unacceptable!

It took a long time to get the uhaul when I get to the pick up location. I had a hard time finding the place and the worker there didn't speak English very well so I could hardly understand him. And the person that was doing the paper work was on the phone, on speaker and what sounded like to me he was watching tv. No one checked over the truck with me before I took the truck or when I dropped it of. I am very disappointed in my experience.

Took an hour and a half for the truck to be released to us. Man from uhaul kept telling the man at the counter to give me the keys as its already been proceed to me. They took my credit card and said they would not charge anything to reserve truck, but then they charged the truck to my credit card in which we paid cash for. They gave us the wrong truck, we paid for big truck an received little one . We had to make 2 trips , edmonton to calgary because of wrong truck and had to pay an extra day as well. I would never use this company again or refer to anyone.

I was charged a different amount than my receipt said the truck was full of snow and when I asked the gentleman about it I was ignored. Very upset and disappointed with my whole experience.

Nothing I can think of! I am under 21 so most vehicle rental companies won't rent to me. Because of my work, I frequently need to rent an additional truck for me and my crew. U haul provided a great vehicle at a great price!

Person working at 118 Ave pickup location was horrible. He handed me the laptop myself to try and figure it out cause he had no idea how to process a pick up. Had to call main number and be transferred to a manager who remotely put thru my pick up. He was great to deal with however, the entire arrangement to pick up the uhaul truck was 2 hours because of waiting around for the manager to do the job that the employee couldn't do.

Please train the staff on the paperwork and online applications. Also if possible, insure that the vehicles are inspected before and after each rental.

The truck was dirty inside the cab and the cargo area of the truck had a bunch of empty boxes and garbage inside. When checking the condition of the exterior of the vehicle the pictures showed the truck when it was brand new, but there was damage. If I didn't take pictures of the truck I could have been charged for the existing damage. Also there is no after hours key drop box so I had to go back the next day to return the key.

I called and reserved a pickup truck. When I came to pick up the truck, they could not locate it and offered me a van instead, which did not suit my vehicle needs. I suggested another nearby u haul location i had driven by on my way there at which I had seen a pickup truck parked. They switched my location and rented that truck to me. I got what I needed in the end but was disappointed with the initial failure to provide the vehicle I had reserved at my preferred location.

The truck was absolutely disgusting. Got back to the uhaul location only to be informed by the employee that the license plate was not on the vehicle during my time of rental. This was my first experience with uhaul and most definitely my last one. I would not recommend anyone.

This guy has no idea what he is doing he had to call somebody to do the transaction and paperwork for him because he doesn't know how to do it and the truck was very very dirty inside and out I had to take it to the car wash to wash the windows because it was so covered in bugs and sap from trees it was not a good rental at all no at all not impressed at all with the guy who rented it to me at that store personally I would not allow that guy to rent out u-haul's seriously it's really really really bad with this guy
