No one was at location on a Saturday it was unclear were lock boxes were. Took forever to check in on app then had to call and chat trying to find lock boxes told via chat they were next to door they are actually across parking lot attached to a sign. Trucks headlight was broken at pick up no way to note this via app so just took pictures

Miles JI was in need of a U-Haul on a Saturday on a short notice. When I arrived he was actually closed but really understood my circumstances and agreed to rent me a truck. I really thought this truck was going to cost me double for after hours but no. There was no extra charges. I have used and will only use U-Haul several times in the past. I have to say this was the best service I have had overall. I will be needing one in the near future to move my storage unit closer to where I moved to and this will be where I will get it. 5+ stars from me. Thank You so much for the awesome service!!!!!

Summer SNothing as for as the location goes but I was told I would be given extra miles as they did not do my order correctly and I was forced to go into another state to pick up the correct vehicle I only used 38 miles not to mention brought it back was twice as much gas as it came in with and was still charged for those supposed eight extra miles. The second place they moved my pickup to was not open when we got there and said he was an hour away but would get back as soon as he could as he did not I have a way to know they would be switching one over to his store. That gentleman was very nice and did his best to try and come back in time but we couldn't wait so we had to go across the street to the other one it was also very nice.

ROY MWe had a horrible time getting out truck. We specifically picked a location close to home, to get there and find the pickup was changed to another location half an hour away. We were not notified of this change. We get there to find it’s been changed to yet ANOTHER location ten minutes from there. Then, the time was incorrectly put in as 11pm instead of 10am so we couldn’t use mobile checkin without a lengthy Time on hold. This wound up adding about 2 hours of driving to my morning plus having to drop off at a much further location, and losing this time I could have spent packing and unloading. I will not be using uhaul again after this cluster of an experience. Get your dispatch organized!

The flow of the app was awful, the directions were a bit vague, and if I wanted to go back I'd have to start all over again to reread something. Poor design.

Lesslie BWhen it started raining we realized that one of the windshield wiper blades was missing. Luckily we made it back home to wait out the rain storm. Having to turn around nearly doubled our mileage. The u-haul dealer didn’t care and charged us for all of the mileage anyway. Very poor customer service

ROY DOur pickup truck broke down the morning we were supposed to move our son. This u-haul was there and helped us to get me son moved in a much quicker way and it was very affordable! I highly recommend.
