I was charged 20.85 for a gas fee when I dropped my uhaul off at its location even though I returned it with the exact amount of fuel that was in it when I received it.BRAYDAN H.

Go back to having a full tank at pickup/return. We were charged because we put it back where it was at pickup but paperwork showed more. It's ridiculous picking up a truck and having enough gas to get to gas station. It's an inconvenience.JOEY B.
