App is poor at best. Location never answers their phones. Returned the truck on time but took days to return.

This was my first time leasing from this location. Was unaware that there was not a attending clerk at this location. Did all the administrative work of a clerk. It took me about 20 minutes to check out and check in the truck. Feel that there should be compensation for this type of location. Was still charge the full rates. My recommendation would be to somehow better disclose this type of location so that the buyer is aware of what they are getting into. Thank you.
Lester SCarf45 min wait for phone assistance while having trouble at the kiosk. Kiosk could not provide necessary lock code to access truck. Company that runs facility which rents the u-hauls had no idea how to help their own customers with their own product. After 5 calls to various facilities & 1-800-go-u-haul, we were able to finally correct the issues ourselves. Wasted nearly 3 hours of “moving day”. Frustrated to say the least. Much of this could have been avoided had any of the original 1-800-go-u-haul reps relayed instructions properly. “Text updates “ from U-haul were incomplete, which we did not know until after the fact. We have no idea if that would have been due to a cellular issue or their texting software. Received two email confirmations for our single one day rental, both incorrect. Truck ran fine.
