Everything was perfect, from reservation to truck return. Easy process, and the staff at CJ's is extremely friendly. My 3rd rental in 5 months, and they all have been great!

Truck was clean. Check engine light was on. Took 40 minutes to pickup. Attendant was gruff, barely spoke and was less than helpful. Truck had many undocumented scratches and dents that I had to photograph and document. Location has no safe on-site parking that I would leave my vehicle in. Attendant was less than helpful upon return.

The tires on this car had no tread. It presented major safety concerns driving in the snow. Not only this but when I went to return the truck, the rep who was checking me out got stuck and then said it was my fault. While the mechanic on site was attempting to get out of the space the rep scraped another car and the other person proceeded to say I would be responsible for this. All of this happened during the check out process which should be on camera from the location. This was horrible service. I drove the exact miles I said I would, returned the truck the time I said I would and with the appropriate amount of gas. I am not responsible for damages that occurred during he check OUT process!

When we arrived at the BP station to get a U-haul we noticed several people waiting outside the office for the attendant.There were two people who showed up at the station who worked for the company but did not have a key to the station. When they reached the attendant he told them he had left to go get lunch and he would be back in ten minutes. We had to wait about a half an hour for the attendant to get back from lunch. We were on a very tight schedule that day and this put a big strain on everyone involved day. This is not a good practice for this type of business.

Agent was very rude and unprofessional and through back at me and told me to leave because I asked for a receipt. This experience was very unprofessional. The truck was very dirty and the engine light was on, on the truck. The first few times of trying to start the truck it had problems turning over. I will not be using this place again.

Pick up appoint time was for 7AM The attendant at the station outright lied and said that the uhaul person would be there at 730 and at 740 said he would be in at 800. When he showed up at 8 he said that was when he always came in.

Always rent my uhaul from CJ's BP . It's always quick , easy and if I plan ahead they always have what I need ( usually do for next day rental also ) . Truck is always clean and well maintained . Usually in and out in a few short minutes ..... A++ service .

Accused us of not filing up truck to full...we filled it at his gas pumps until the nozzle clicked off. Also they charge you extra for credit and debit card usage.

The truck was in a very poor condition, every time we turned it off it kept on beeping and had to be restarted then turned off for beeping to stop. the driver and passenger (mainly) doors took a lot of retires to just close. Truck was a pretty old with no power steering, back camera or any of the basic features which made it very difficult to drive and park. The manual roll down windows were very inconvenient. Since driver could not control the windows/door from his side he had to stop, remove seat belt and then unlock the passenger door from inside to let anyone in.

I used theU-Haul app to remotely reserve, pickup and return the vehicle. I submitted photos of the dashboard to support mileage and gas levels at the start and end of the rental, showing the tank was refilled to the same level as when picked up. After leaving, the location made two additional unauthorized charges to my credit card.

The pick up and drop off went well. However, the truck was set to be hauling or towing something. I couldn't find the switch to turn it off. Braking was very weird as the engine tried to down shift. The windshield leaked in the rain and kept dripping on the steering wheel and my driving foot. It was okay for a move across town, but I would not take one out of state.

The owner(Remit) was unacceptably rude. I have difficulty hearing, and coupled with his thick accent, I was having a hard time understanding him. I asked him very politely to repeat himself a couple of times, and he responded with with attitude. This happened both at pick up and drop off. I don't take time to write negative reviews, but this guy irritated me enough to write this one.

There was only one guy working there and he was managing the gas station as well. He simply couldn't handle all the people at the same time, nor should he expect to be. There were 2 people ahead of me for uhaul related things plus several for gas. Took much longer than it should have to get my truck and go.

Ive rented from this location many times in the past and have only ever had an excellent experience. This time, due to Covid, I decided to do contactless pickup. The online pickup option was a terrible experience. I've rented many uhauls, many even from this location, and never had to verify my employment, passport, or a lease. We are in the middle of a pandemic so since I work for a school, it is closed. My husband works for a bank therefore it is closed. I own my house and my vehicles so I have no lease agreements. My passport is locked away and since no one told me I would need it for pickup, I didn't bring it. I tried 3 separate people for references and none were accepted. It made me very late since this entire online verification process took more than 30+ minutes. In the future, this should be CLEARLY EXPLAINED UPON BOOKING and some of these things should be able to be completed ahead of time. It was an unbelievable experience as someone who has rented Uhauls for over 20 years and never had an issue.
