Update the app to find the correct location or the website to take pictures better. Location of this uhaul is great otherwise. The UI of this site is frustrating

The guy called me before I arrived to tell me he wouldn't be there when I was scheduled to drop off. He said he would check in the vehicle, and to just leave it in the lot. He then charged me for "cleaning fees." The vehicle was spotless and only used to move one item. There was no dirt or debris. The guy at the drop-off location was a total moron.

Business was closed for the evening. Delivered the truck about 24hrs before the truck need to be returned

The truck was so old that the door wouldn't close properly and the tires were almost bald. The tail board had so much oil or grease it was slippery.

I will never recommend uhaul to anyone at this point. You’ve left me in pain, and no recourse. Sad that they were unwilling to help. Or a least not charge me double for something uhaul has done.
