The office was dirty and unorganized. The attendent had to keep calling his boss to complete the paperwork. Upon returning the van I was charged an extra day and insurance coverage. The van was back the previous day left in the yard and the keys were deposited into the drop box. I should not be charger for the extra day.Garry F.
Was told it was ok to pick up early than scolded when I kept my original drop off time. Not only did I receive a text and told this time but it took them half an hour to find my reservation. Rude surly old man who is was sleep when i came to pick up and drop offCASSIE W.
Owner & staff need to improve their customer service skills. After confirming the pick up time on-line, I rec'd several calls the day of pick up, telling me to come in sooner as they decided they were going to close early vs. staying open to their published business hours. A safety inspection was not performed on the unit, prior to making it available to me. It was the only 4'x8' on the lot & I had reserved it two days prior to the pick up date. After connecting the brake harness to my truck & performing a brake light/ turn signal check, the driver side tail light did not work. I informed the owner of this, his response, "the trailer it was an out of state drop off. So I'm not responsible for the light". "Take it as is, or go somewhere else". Not good!!Mario S.

I could not see clearly out of the windshield, There were hundreds of bugs smashed on the windshield and then the wipers were used to smear them around. The front of the truck and the top and sides of the Box were covered in thousands of bugs. I took the truck home and washed the windows, hood and front end. The inside was very dusty, so I cleaned the inside too. except for the seats the inside was dusty. The U haul rep in this location was very courteous, but I was in a hurry so I did not have time to talk to him about cleaning the truck., I figured it would be quicker if I did it at home while loadingARMEN P.
Don't try to charge for insurance when the customer has already declined it when they registered online. And make sure you cancel the charge with the insurance. I've been charged twice for a single truck rental, once with insurance and once without, which is what I ended up thinking I was paying for.Matthew Y.

when I walked to the facility it was closed for lunch, I was hassled about not refilling the gas that I used, but II , I DROVE 8 MILES and put 2 gallons back in, Sorry to say it was not a great experienceROLAND P.

Besides the actual "location" that the Uhaul site of business is at, this place was amazing and very professional. The staff was considerate and timely, ultimately making it a quick and smooth experience for us (the customer).Vito M.
The man kept hanging up when I called & asked questions to reserve . No good byes just click. Horrible customer service no people skills. The truck was clean. But kept slipping as I drove I'm thinking it was the (transmission) I was a bit afraid that it may leave me stranded that I called & ask what to do it the truck completely stops other than that. I may refer people there I know a lot of people that will be moving & need of assistance in this location. P.s. that bathroom was clean.Esther B.
The customer service was horrible. I had a reservation for Saturday, the 27th. My reservation was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. I already had made arrangements for movers. The next day, I showed up for 10 am. The office was not open to give me the key to the truck. The truck did not have a 1/4 tank of gas as commuicated. It was less. I tried to upload a photo, it was not successful. I was still charged the entire amount, even after returning the truck earlier than expected and with a half of tank of gas. I rented a dolly with my truck. I returned after business hours and was concerned about leaving the dolly in the back of an unlocked truck. I didn't purchase or rent a lock as it wasn't required. Nevertheless, I was afraid someone could steal the dolly and I'd be charged for it. There needs to be a secure place to leave other rented items after hoursANDRE W.

Zack was rude and disrespectful. I was given a grace period apparently he didn't see on the system so he told me I would be charged. I asked Him the cost he told me he didn't know and he had another Customer to help behind me and I had to get out of his office. I told him I would call corporate so I did. He began to yell he would call the cops. The person I spoke with at the corporate office heard this conversation and told him to help me and asked why he was being so rude to me. Only some trucks come with locks, but you don't know which ones until you get there. If you truck doesn't come with a lock, you have to buy one.Quincy D.

The truck they put me in didn't even start. It took them forever to help me. They're rude. I had to wait to get another truck while I had movers at my house because they failed to see if the truck they gave me had a good battery in it. It didn't. I had to wait 30 minutes to get the rental. My card was ran twice since the first time he stated it was declined. I gave him a new card and was charged, I looked at my bank card and saw the two charges had gone through after all. I paid a total of three times.Tania M C.
