Pick-up station was horrible!!!! The truck had hardly any gas in it. The clerk/attendant wouldn't bother to get out of his chair and off his cell phone to check the vehicle for any damage. We went back in concerned about picking up a truck with no gas and he said we would be reimbursed for the lack off gas when we returned it to our destination. Our drop off station said they have never heard of such a thing and we were penalized all the way around because of your pathetic attendant at the Winchester facility!!!Michelle H.
Uhaul associate was great! Previous renter forgot to leave the key, delayed my day by almost 3 hours waiting for them to return. Truck was filthy. I offered to clean truck to save time. I asked if I could get any kind of discount for the 3 hour delay but was told because it wasn't uhauls fault that I couldn't. Well, it wasn't my fault either.MARVIN E.

Thank goodness for the lady at this location! I had originally set it up at 3920 Getwell. The night before I get a call saying the truck was not going to be returned in time for my next day pick up. I ordered another one online. When we got there it wasn't available and the man there was worse than unhelpful. I went online again in his office and was able to get one at the Winchester location. Again, the lady there was extremely helpful, and professional. There was absolutely no professionalism at the Getwell location.KAY C.

I was not informed that my pick up location had changed to one other than where I made the reservation for. I know that is always a possibility when renting uhauls and is beyond anyone's control and completely understand why that is. So I made sure to keep my phone near and check my messages, no one called, text or emailed to inform me of the change which created a pretty big inconvenience because of the time limit I was working with.BEVERLY T.
