If you need a truck. Location is convenient Gas was less than recorded I have picture Truck needed air in left tire Filthy muddy and several renters paper and trash was in the truck. Not happy.
Mildredm MWe were left with no gas.They told us our allotted mileage and now I was charged - with my debit card - don’t know how you did that - an additional amount for mileage which I should not have been charged. I called customer service and got an email that I was given a $35.00 credit for the gas. That is a lie. The gentleman at Fontaine facility told me and my son it was on empty. I paid the full amount. I am due a credit of $46.61. I await same.

Moussa AOnce I placed my order for the vehicle the address was at one location on Elvis Presley Blvd, their where other Uhaul vehicles in the parking lot, after waiting approx 20min, and walking the area I decided to contact the facility, they explained that I was at the wrong location, and directed me to the correct location, she also stated that the location needed to be updated and she was very apologetic, explaining to contact Uhaul and request some compensation.
BERNARD HThe very nice lady at the Fontaine location deserves all 5 stars. Was quick and the most helpful. Had an awesome attitude even though U-Haul has not properly trained her location. The lady at the first location off of Mendenhall I’m surprised has a job. Was on the phone call with a friend/family my whole interaction and kept messing the process up. After finally calling for help to tell me they had no car dolly. This was after 45 minutes of the back and forth hearing her conversation with whomever on the phone. I feel as though my time was never considered and I was a burden on her by being there.

Katherine HStaff wasn't very friendly and was talking on his phone to apparently his wife/gf cause he finally got upset with her and hung up. He didn't speak loudly enough and there was a lot on traffic in and out. Also floor was so sticky I nearly fell down.

Your website allows me to reserve a truck for pickup at 7 am and even confirms with a text message but building did not open until 930 then I was told to go to different location and then back to original location. Your customer service offers me $50 for my inconvenience. I reserved a dollie but of course there wasn’t one. So oh they gave me back $13 dollars but didn’t care that now I had to go buy one so I could move my things. Then because of not picking up truck until 930 I was late to my arrival at the storage unit and my passcode was not working and I had to call customer service again and wait until the building opened at 10am the next day. This was the worst experience and I am so disappointed in uhaul and the worst customer service ever.
Jerry MIt was not bad, but the truck should have had windows washed, and the interior swept out.
andrew MOnly one staff and it took almost an hour to get the truck because staff had people in the office and had to go outside and take a trailer off the 1o truck that I was renting, and it was just a mess. I just need to make my move that day. Bad experience

Rosie GI think everything went well just was out of range for me,where I needed to get the truck I couldn’t get and that cost me more money, other then that, everything went well I don’t think should have been charge for picking the truck out of the range, but they charge me anyway. That I don’t think was right, but I see they charge me and it wasn’t my fault, they should have made at least gave me the benefit of the doubt but they didn’t,so rent at your on risk.

CARY CWhen I arrived at drop off the attendant asked me to unhitch the transport. I would have done so since she was not trained to do it. However, neither was I. The best I could do was to park it in an open space where both truck and transport were not an obstruction.

CHRISTINE HDear, I drove a maximum of 12 miles but they charged 68 miles. I drove from the store to my TN 38111 and go back to the store. They charged me an extra ~$80. I can't believe this mistake from such a giant company. Please look into this matter and refund my money. I called customer care and they reported it but still, I got no response. Alamgir.

DENNIS LThe agent said the gas hand was on 5/8 that is between 1/4 and 1/2 of a tank. I didn't go but 6 miles and I told her that the gas hand was at 1/4 when I got it, and she told me that I should have taken a picture of the gas hand for her to believe me. But if she had paid attention to the mileage I use, she would have believe me.

DENICIA TWell when I made the reservation it was for the truck and a appliance dolly. When I went to pickup the equipment there was no dolly. They told me I should drive to another dealer to get the dolly. When I got to the other dealer they didn’t have one either so I had to drive all way downtown to finally get one. Of course burning up my mileage that you all charge simply because didn’t have the equipment that you all were suppose to have when I picked up the truck. I was planning on 70 miles for the day. But with all the extra traveling around town to get a dolly I ended up driving and paying for 79 miles. That is very upsetting and I Plan NEVER to use your company and your equipment again.
