I was told I could drop off my truck at this gas station before 4 on Sunday. I got there about 20 min to 4 and the inside of the station was closed. No note. Sign said open but lights were off too. Next customer - I would say, drop it off in West Allis.

The interior surface of the truck windows were in need of a good cleaning as a film and smudges had accumulated. I wiped them down pretty well as I was expecting to be driving in rainy weather with lots of glare. Other than this, I was extremely happy with this rental experience and location operator.

The trailer disengaged from my vehicle within 100 miles of leaving this location. Either the hookup was done incorrectly or there was faulty equipment. It was a very scary situation losing the trailer on the freeway. I’m amazed my vehicle didn’t flip from the trailer swaying violently.

I had to call uhaul because they changed my pick up time from 8am to 11:30am. I had movers coming at 9am so I was on a time crunch. I would appreciate my reservation to be followed by uhaul. Thanks.

I had to make a change to my rental, and the owner had no idea how the Uhaul system worked. The system was extremely slow and kept crashing. I could not get my credit card information to take and tried a different card. They then tried to manually bill BOTH cards and got them suspended by the issuers Security. They then treated me like I was trying to steal their trailer and I was a crook or something.

Only one person working at the gas station. He had to lock his store to walk across the street to get us the keys. He was very friendly and would definitely recommend this location, just an inconvenience for him to have to leave his store to walk across the street to the truck.

Provided a truck with less than an 1/8 a tank of gas - Mileage for 40 miles. Attendant also ran gas station/convenience store. Served other people at same time and prolonged check out. Truck disparately needed maintenance. Will find other renting options next time.

I can't say enough about our experience. As we were moving our daughter, I searched for a UHaul Facility in the are and located Kwik Fuel. The Kwik Fuel Owner George Imsiah waited on me and it couldn't have better experience. I haven't rented a truck in some time and George walked me through the process. The whole experience was flawless. Geroge is a tremendous asset to U Haul and I will make sure if anybody ever asks me for a suggestion I will mention this location. I also will be making Kwik Fuel my preferred filling station when in the area. As we dropped of the truck at the UHaul Neighborhood Facility on Halsted in Chicago this experience was also excellent. Very professional attendant and very efficient. In all quite a pleasant experience.

After waiting two hours for pick up do to other customers that were held up from missing items and Contract software issues including mistakes from location, I was promised it would be made right for the delay ( over two hour wait) on the return. I asked if I returned it first thing Sunday morning if they could refund the second day. The attendant responded yes. Returned 8:50 am Sunday morning less than one hour from open, the attendant stated there was nothing that could be done. In short charged for an extra day even though it was returned by the agreed time.very poor ethics on uhaul policy and the renting attendant.

Use the correct address on your website. Had I been able to go directly to the correct address, I would give you 5 sars. Your family is dedicated to service and very Professional in their approach. You could teach the U-haul at 924 S 108th st in West Allis, how to run a business......especially when it comes to how to treat a customer.. Update your address and you get 5 stars!!!!

The trailer smelled like Lysol. The trailer was very bouncy. The return location said it was the pick up locations fault. It should have bounced that bad. The inside of the trailer was frozen. My husband didn’t realize it until it was too late. He fell on his back. Then all of the blankets that we had wrapped around our table were frozen to the floor when we got to the house.

Very courteous and helpful and very understanding. I rented here 3 times within a week and I was never there more than 5 - 10 minutes, the processing was so fast. Contracts are looked at online right at the counter and receipts are emailed within minutes. My request for an extension of the contract was okayed over the phone (I did not need to go in) which was a HUGE help with the terrible Wisconsin weather. Thank you !

I set up the rental for a one way in WAUKESHA WI. I got a text mid day while I was moving that I had to return it to a location in New Berlin. This was going to for sure put me over the mileage given to me in the one way, because I requested a location in Waukesha and there are at least a half dozen within 4 miles of me. After I was done moving, I didn't care about where I returned the truck I just wanted to get it back. When we got to the location UHAUL texted me to return it to, there was a hand written sign saying this location was closed because of "renovations". I had had it by then. I went into my car to call customer service. The man I talked to (I will keep his name out of this in order to save his job) was TERRIBLE! He gave me attitude, tone and made me feel stupid for going to the place UHAUL told me too!!!... it was unreal, I couldn't believe it. I asked to talk to a manager (I never do that) ...after he put me on hold for many minutes, I just hung up and called back to try and get this solved. While on the second call, a man knocked on my Jeep door. He told me I was supposed to go to the location across the street! HAHA...I was done by then. I gave him the keys and asked for my receipt. I told him I knew I was over miles and didn't care, I just wanted to go home. 10 seconds later, he asks me where a dent on the top right hand corner of the truck came from....this is not a joke, he really did that..it was the first thing he asked me.. I did not cause that damage. The dent looked older than I am and he decided to accuse me of doing it. I thought I was on candid camera...this was the most unbelievable and terrible customer service experience I have ever been a part of. I will never use UHAUL again and will make sure none of my friends do either. Not one person tried to make me feel ok about this and that was the worst part. Things go wrong, but they are easily made right and noone in your company cared.

Location was closed even though when we made the reservation the hours listed were 7pm. My husband took the truck back at 530pm and a random person came from out of the dark and across the street. We were then charged mileage overage as the original pick up location was not where I had to pick up the truck. Overall this experience was frustrating and stressful and will never use Uhaul services again. We have another move coming up in about 8 months and I"ll be sure to find another option.

THIS LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. They were the only location within 60 miles that had a truck available even though I made reservation a week prior. I made a complaint to Customer Service about how the website, phone call from a customer service rep, and a text message CONFIRMED that I would have a truck at a "Preferred Location." However when I went to pick up the truck the "Preferred Location" did not have my truck and did not have trucks all summer. The website is INACCURATE. My entire experience with Uhual during this move was HORRIBLE. I have had problems with all THREE of my truck rentals and would be hesitant to recommend Uhual to others.
