Too expensive, would have been about the same price to hire someone to move all of my stuff for me, truck and labor costs.

I had one of the hardest times trying to find the drop off location. I even called customer service to help… I feel like I’m being over charged for something that was out of my control. I’m paying for a hold another day that I didn’t use and I’m being charged for mileage that was due to me not being able to find the drop off spot.. I ask for a closer location that I wouldn’t have to drive too far to drop it off but they told me that that was the closest location. I’m not from around this location and I don’t know much about this area.

Richard RMy husband dropped the truck off and filled with gas to match the level when we picked it up, which was half full. Because we were driving separately and the registration was on my phone, we had to return a few hours later to check the truck back in. When we arrived there was a vehicle parked really close to the truck, drivers side. In order to take the necessary pictures, and because of the suspicious vehicle my husband entered the truck from the passenger side. Once inside he noticed that the vehicle parked so close to the driver’s side left quickly, so he went around the truck to enter from the driver’s side. As he approached the driver’s side, he quickly noticed that the vehicle that had been parked so close to the truck was actually siphoning gas, stealing it. We then had to put more gas into the truck to bring it back up to level. My husband went inside the store to make them aware, and the clerk seemed indifferent. The UHaul trucks at this location are parked on the side of a store that is pretty busy, but did not seem to have security measures in place for these trucks. We felt unsafe when dropping off after dark.
Dewayne MThe only issue we had was with the online check-in process and the condition of the key boxes. They are difficult to open and should be maintenanced. Fortunately, the onsite person was very nice and assisted us in any way she could.
Paul HI've used uhaul services for many years since I have moved often. I recommend them!! Also the mobile check in and checkout is really convenient!
Marc CNO!!! the workers there was very rude and would not help me and making racial comments it took your dispatcher and i over 3 hours to get me the keys to the truck after leave and her trying to find me a new location. it was the worst experience i have ever had with a truck rental. i will never go back there .and certainly would not recommend any one else too
