The interior cab of the truck was dirty, the "airflow" guards on the drivers sider were messed up, and the code given on the box to get the key was wrong. I called uhaul and they couldn't get the code either. My wife called the business owner who gave us a local uhaul number who got the right code for us. It took over an hour just to get the truck. Once I got the key, the rest of the process was easy.John S.

The woman helping us was super nice however the truck was dirty and had old socks left in it and trash. There was mud and dirt throughout the truck. I almost did not want to put my things in the truck but honestly at that point had no choice.CATHERINE T.

Mileage out is incorrect. Been trying to get it worked out for 5 days now. Charged my account twice. One time for 195 then again for 311. Lady was over a half hour late when I needed to pick up uhaul at 8am. Said she was gonna give me 40 free miles for inconvenience. Called several times to get fixed and they say they're working on it and will call back and they never call back. Definitely will not use uhaul againTONY P.

My original reservation was double booked. I was given this reservation as a replacement. 2 hours after my original reservation, smaller truck, extra trips and never even received an apology from Uhaul. The manager at Circleville storage was nice but this experience really impacted our moving day negatively.REBECCA F.

The check in and out process through the app doesn't work. I called when I returned the truck to figure out where I needed to put the key because the office was closed and couldn't contact anyone. The truck had a used mask in it, other than that it was clean. Over priced!Ceara F.
