The u haul lady wasn't there so the gentleman made a fuss about verifying even after I told him I'd do the check in online. Then he didn't want to wait for me to take the pictures that the application requires. Changed tone a little after he seen my husband, but overall not a place for women.Tammy B.

Said i started out with half a tank. The tank was on empty so i paid extra for that then the cab was so dirty i had to clean it before i drove it off the lot! I will find other means of moving my belongings from state to state. U haul has done this to me for the last time.Brandon Q.
Worst experience i've ever had with UHAUL. Southwest Kansas does NOT represent your company well. Called me the day before my move to tell me the trailer i reserved was not available and that I would have to drive an hour to pick it up.(had told me a few days prior that the trailer would be available on the date I reserved it) Had to take a day off work to pick up trailer the day before my move! Will NEVER use UHAUL again, at least not in southwest Kansas.JAN P.

this location is an auto parts store as well. guy behind the counter was very nice, but didn't seem to know what he was doing. I left my name and contact # with him in case he needed more information. I never received a call back so I guess things are okay. I'll be checking my credit card receipt to make sure I was charged correctly because he didn't seem to knowMATTHEW H.

This location was horrible, the people didn't know what they were doing, and they tried to charge us extra money for "deposits" when we picked up the u-haul, and then tried to make us pay for the "deposits" when we dropped it off. They were just trying to make extra money. Poor Customer Service.ERICA P.

Your map location for this business is way off. It takes you out in the middle of nowhere while the actual location is in Cimarron.MIKE H.
The return place charged me an extra day and charged it to my credit card without me knowing it. I drop it off and when I returned home I received an email charging me with an extra day when I returned the trailer a day earlier than my contract. Called them and hopefully tomorrow that charge will be reversed and I will not have to do anything else about the matter.
