My original reservation was in Elleville. I found out less than 24 hors beforehand. This made my expenditure more than $40 more in mileage & gas. Not happy. Customer service was terrible online. They told me to cancel if I wanted. Worse customer service I ever got from anyone.MARIAA W.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, OWNER IS VOLATILE. The gentleman at the counter THREATENED ME, used profanity laced aggressive messaging and tried to force me out of his facility because I reported to him that the trailer lights were not functioning, brake lights non functioning, one turn signal worked. When I asked him to repair it because it was unsafe to drive he told me "I guess you don't have a f**king trailer then, disconnect it and leave" I actually thought the guy was going to assault me, so I went outside and sat in my car on the phone with customer service for two hours while I tried to correct the issues myself (using my paid for roadside service). When roadside service showed, the owner was even aggressive to him. Guy is unhinged and is a danger to Uhaul's customers. I spent two hours on site with Uhaul customer service who at first refused to help, until I escalated to an on call manager, who then promised to refund me, as well as credit the 50 dollar "equipment not ready on pickup" guarantee. Most assuredly Monica McQuade in customer service told me there would be extensive follow up, and I would be hearing from the executive support team and they would address the harassment and threats by this franchise owner. I have not received a response from anyone officially at uhaul nor was I credited the $50 non-pickup fee. I will never use UHAUL again.darin B.

Inside of the truck was dirty their was spilled soda or something sticky all over the floor. The interior of the truck smelled like cigarettes. The storage bed of the truck had cigarette buds everywhere and was really dirty.vitaliy P.

I had to drive 1 hour/60 minutes to pick up truck. Very much an inconvenience. I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone. Was told I would be able to pick up close to home. My experience will be shared via social media in all ways possible. A true first class organization would not treat its customers this way.Michael S.

This small facility in Loch Sheldrake saved me in a jam when my originally requested location cancelled my reservation 30 minutes prior to pickup due to a broken window. The attendant was courteous, understanding, and helpful throughout the rental process.Sarah T.
