I hit bad weather (snow) and couldn't make it back to the original location. I was told instead of turning it in at a location that had UHAUL equipment and being safe from terrible weather that I would be charged $300 and I should take it back to the original location. Highly recommend keeping someone on the overnight staff that can change reservations.

The brand new truck I rented had less then 500 miles and the emergency brake was stuck and wouldn't release. I spent 3 hours trying to release the brake I called the store and they gave me the reps # who told me to call UHaul and gave me a medical alert phone #. With bloodied hands I got it to release 1/2 way to get me to the ferry with the alarm screaming at me during the drive. I got a ferry worker to help me fully release the brake but the alarm continued during the drive. I let Reese know at the store when I returned it. WOW never again

The staff was friendly and got me in and out in a timely manner. The location is great for people that live far from town like me. The truck was much nicer then ones I rented in the past. Thank you.

Your reservation needs serious attention. It did not state that it was a possible pick up location. It was in fact a location far from my home that was chosen for me. I called reservations to get a different site. Even that location picked a different pick up site then the reservation is made. Couldn't of been any more frustrated just trying to rent a trailer.

Train agents a LOT better. The customer service was horrible. From not giving me the options offered on line ie. insurance to pricing. l well never use that location again!!!

Didn’t have everything we ordered. Refunded us for what we didn’t get but didn’t take the stuff off of our order. They really didn’t know what they were doing.

Poor customer service from my first contact to trailer pick up. Took 1 hour plus to get paperwork situated. Then I hooked up first trailer and lights wouldn’t work so I personally had to disconnect and re attach a different trailer.

Although this was a newer vehicle it had been left with the window cracked and the drivers seat was wet. Had obviously been smoked in by the smell and the ash I also found inside. It had not been cleaned out of debris from its prior use and the ladies who were obviously overwhelmed with the process of getting me out the door. Poor experience all round.

Train the employees and have the store look more presentable. Have employees know how to access the uhaul contracts and make sure the additional equipment/supplies rented are accessible and in the truck.

Seabeck location has minimal training and equipment. They do not sell any products that normal UHaul stores carry. They are new and I think are doing the best they can. My main complaints are with other employees I scheduled with. I specifically asked if my 2 1/4" ball hitch would work with the car transport trailer and they said yes. Obviously he didn't give a crap to actually look it up. Because of his carelessness I didn't bring my smaller multi size hitch and the key to unlock my hitch. When I got to the Seabeck location they tried hitching me up and the ball was too big. The guy there kept trying even after I told him it's clearly too big, "saying it's universal". He didn't seem to know what he was doing. I had to buy another two inch hitch for $50 and drive across the county back to the get my keyes to change out the hitch. After gas, new hitch, and the rental cost, it would have been cheaper to pay a tow company. Unless UHaul makes it up to me I won't rent from you guys next time.
