For putting a sign on the side of the truck that says "Comfortable Ride" - I almost threw up on multiple occasions just transporting a mattress. This was piss pore and I can't believe I had to pay for it. That truck sound be out of commission. Anything over 50 MPG is shakes like crazy. I want a refundNicole L.

The blankets i ordered were not there nor was the appliances hand truck. The truck was full of sand and plastic bottles. Had to stand out in 20 degree weather while uhaul trined to adjust my pickup. It was terrible.Elizabeth P.

I used the check-in via the U-Haul website but found it to be useless in that my provider had to go through the whole check-in process again, perhaps because I did not provide a photo of my driver's license on the web check-in. With a website check-in for just a trailer there should be no need to submit a photo ID and subject a customer to possible identity theft. The customer should only have to complete the other written info and then present a photo ID to the provider to receive a trailer. Appreciate your attention to this matter and you may contact me for further info.Kerry B.

Reserved U-Haul online, not sure the purpose of this as you will have to go wherever they say (even if milage will cost more) the options you choose are just "wishes". If you don't have the equipment at the locations listed on line please don't list it as an option.Leisa M.

Trailer did not work for what I needed it for. Even input all the Info ask the person if it was big enough, turns out it was not. So on top on having to pay to rent a trailer that didn't work but was told it would work, I had to pay an extra 300 for a tow truck to take it for me. Also took way to long considering all my info was already in the system and even did the early check in.KEVIN L.

Van had hay and a broke bungee cord in the cargo area when I picked it up. It is not my responsibility to clean your dirty van just because you didn't have an employee clean it when the previous customer returned it in a dirty condition. The van smelled like a barn. Upon reviewing the final receipt the sit that I rented from charged me an additional cleaning fee! Either you charged the previous customer a cleaning fee and then didn't clean it so you could try to rip the next customer off of you charged the wrong customer period. I moved a few empty boxes and bags of clothes. Absolutely nothing I moved had hay in it! I Removed the loose trash that was left in the van by the previous customer like the broken bungee cord but that was just a courtesy. The hay/straw would not have been nearly as easy to clean out so it was your problem. A request for refund of the inaccurate charges has been made.Heather E.
