Vehicle return pt saying unable to process
Catherine LBe cautious if trying to get a uhaul from here. This location is ran out of a run down gone out of business pawn shop. The location is shady and shady people hang out front. I would not recommend pickup or drop off if you have to bring your family. Since the place is closed there is no on to talk to on site. However uhaul will still let you order one online still. U-Haul didn't even know the truck was parked there and I had to tell them I was looking right at it. I was able to get the truck tho. The break weren't great and no ac.
Austin MI drove to the location and was greeted by sign that said, "No Longer In Business". I had to call U-Haul to gain access to the key box for a key and then the truck. The furniture pads requested were not in the truck, so I went without. The back of the truck was not clean.

Ken GU-HAUL called me as I was going there to pick up the 26ft truck. They could not locate it & only had 10ft & cago van to offer. Mind you, I had a 10x10 ft. Storage unit that containes a house of 4 people in items etc. I would've had to make so so so many trips and spending hundreds in gasoline. I no other option to see other rental from another store. I had to have my things out THAT DAY. DEADLINE.!!! And in the end, that caused me to go into having a major panic attack!!!! I will not be using your service again! And I've rented trucks from you several times. But this was not acceptable to do to someone at the very last minute and then cannot make ways to accommodate the PAYING CUSTOMER!
Michelle PChris is fantastic to deal with. He has helped me get the uhauls I need on two separate occasions during my move. I really appreciate this level of customer service, and will highly recommend Chris to my friends and family!

Diane LI Steve Jackson was late getting to the U-Haul rental place in Lancaster Ohio the man who served me was in his vehicle going to take his lunch hr. As hungry as he may have been he sat patiently in his vehicle. He was the least bit upset we went into his locked office filled out the paperwork came out with me showed how the car dolly operated made sure everything was hooked up properly. He was very kind and did not have to wait on me. Everything went well for me. Thx. A lot for being so patient. I would definitely use his service again.

Natalie RThe location was very close to our residence which was nice. We returned the truck a day early because although it was now empty, there were potential thieves coming to the front of the home and lifting up the door. The next day I received an additional charge on my credit card. We were told at the pick up location that we would only be charged additional money if it was not filled with gas, returned late or over allotted miles. Which did not apply because we returned it early, under miles and full of gas. I called and asked what it was for and Chris stated that I had to pay $20 for the drop off since it was after hours and he had to check it in. Second charge was for a $25 cleaning fee. What!?! I explained to him how dirty it was when we picked it up and what I cleaned and he said there was trail mix left all over the floor. There was not! There was maybe a couple pieces from the previous rental and I couldn't vacuum it out and could only pick up what I could with my hands since brooms were packed. I did not eat in it and even left the air freshener hanging in it to help with the smell. Chris was not helpful and frankly rude about the fact that he has to do his job. When I move from this location I will probably drive a good distance to another location to pick up a truck. I did call uhaul and was refunded the extra charges by a very nice lady.
