The truck was filthy both in the cab and in the storage area. It was evident there was an animal that licked the windows. The washer fluid was empty. And when I returned the truck I was charged a cleaning fee even though I did some cleaning of the truck and it was cleaner when I returned it than when I picked it up.Brett B.

the wipers on the truck needed to be replaced. Drove in a rainstorm and had to pull over as the wipers were so bad I could not see!!! You are liable at this point for the delays and problems I experienced !!!! I was not given the truck I reserved, price was not the same as quoted, this was total incompetence and an extremely dangerous experience.MATTHEW DAVID P.

The store is only a location. There is no U haul office but supposedly there is a person to contact at an outside location. I never did find the person. A store employee unhooked the unit but he was not with u Haul. I did get a person on the phone who had found the unit and told me everything was OK and I did eventually get a receipt. The online checkout was confusing and hard to work out. The app on the phone is very, very confusing as to how it actually works, i.e. it should be intuitive and I should not have to read a tech manual to make it work.Jacob T.

I arrived at 945 for a 10 o'clock, 4 hour rental. The person in front of me took 25 minutes to get her rental, and by the time I was in the truck, it was about 1040, but they still wanted it back at the same time, so I just lost 40 minutes of my rental time but paid the same amountAaron S.

During my drive 11-25-20 your regional manager (Dave?) called me and asked if I would return the truck to Champion Mi, instead of Marquette Mi (our destination). Reason given was all U-Haul sites were full in Marquette. Champion would be a 76 mile roundtrip out of our way. We called Ace Storage in S. Marquette and they said they had plenty of room for our truck. You should be truthful with your customers.Mark R.

Overall, experience was ok. I did pre-check in order to save time which was frustrating on your mobile website. Had to enter information 3 times. Then, when I went to pick up, the uhaul system was updating for 30 minutes, then would not work. It was not the fault of the workers. Their computer and DOS system is from the stone age. They had to enter my information again after I already did pre-check on the tablet because the computer at the desk needed a system restore. Waited almost an hour. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. I accept bugs and dirt on the outside, it is a moving vehicle. I get it, but the inside needed to be cleaner. Especially with our current radical covid situation. I guarantee it was not cleaned or sanitized. The older gentleman who helped us was very professional and apologetic. I would recommend simply because we need this facility in our neighborhood. It is a very convenient location.Kelly N.
