When I arrived to pick up the U-Haul van, Chilly Mart could not find my reservation, then they could not find the keys to the van, then they did not have a furniture dolly. While I was trying to get the van, the clerk at the counter still had to cashier for all of the customers buying products in the store, which were many. It took a long time and was very unorganized. I do not recommend.MARLA C.
I'm pissed. I returned my uhaul on time. The guys at the counter asked if I refilled the tank. I said no because I was tired and would pay the fee. They advised me that it would be expensive for them to refill it and said that I should do it myself. I asked them if I had time to put gas in the tank and they said yes. Their gas station was out of gas so I put more miles on my tab to go down the street to another gas station. I just received my receipt via email which showed where I was charged $20 for a gas refuel in addition to a second rental fee stating that I returned the rental 40 minutes late (which was not true). Will not be renting from this location again.Ashley O.
The center is not run professionally. The phone numbers on records do not work and do not get attended. The check out was completely incorrect (U-Haul cust srvc called me to have properly checked out). The Gas tank level was incorrect. I had to fill up lot more gas than what I could have used for 57 miles. Raises doubt about Professionalism of UHAL itself.ATUL C.

The truck was dirty and the attendant didn't know how to rent it out. She called the owner six times to try to figure out how to fill out the software. It took over a half an hour to get the keys. Not impressed.Tonya S.

So much happenedâ€¦but first (per uhaul) the location did not answer phone so we couldn't set up self pickup (contactless). Then once at location they had trouble completing pickup bcus of their computer system. Van was dirty (used water bottles) broken window etc. Staff was also uninformed and slow in getting things taken care ofTanya B.

It took almost an hour to process and receive the truck. I eventually just processed myself online. There was no dolley available and the location could not remove it from my reservation. So, I paid for it anyway so I could get the truck and leave. I dropped off the truck after hours but before midnight same day. My receipt showed it was not put into the system as returned until almost 3pm the next day. Thus, I was charged for 2 day's rental. I visited the location to get the 2nd day removed. I was told by a very friendly young lady that she would talk to the manager and get the charges reversed. Today, I checked my credit card and the 2nd day was not removed. Last time I will rent from a 3rd party, non-uhaul location.Robert R.

I had ordered two furniture dollys and a regular dolly and some furniture pads and they didn't come with the truck I rented. Contacted uhaul and was advised that they were going to call us back in 3-5 business days. I was in really need of those dollys and didn't come and was a bit of an inconvenience.Alfonso C.

I am overcharged and not an email sent with the details on charges. I went back to the store the truck was rented and they had no answer During pickup the truck had half the tank of gas and no one showed up to check out the details At drop off the truck was marked as returned few hours after my return time. Also no one was interested to check the miles on the truck at the point I dropped it off Also I wanted a truck which was 10 foot for $19.99 but was given 15 foot for $29.99. App is nonsense 1. I cannot return the truck using app because pic doesn't upload using app. This is not the first time. 2. I did not get final receipt in the email. Still waiting for it 3. Receipt generation in the app fails. It's not first time. Same thing for previous rentals as well 4. I cannot see my previous rentals in the website (desktop). Not sure why my account on web has to be different from the app. I could only see rentals from 2018 and before. Nothing from this week.Krishna B.

Truck was good. But they are doing fraud. When i booked , i booked with no coverage. Still they charged me $14 for coverage insurance. Also, when i picked the truck, thank was 1/8 empty, even i had the picture of it, so i returned the same. But the dealer says as per our system tank was full. So he charged me $18 for gas. In total he charged me $32 extra for no reason and was not even listening to me and photos i had. Was kust running away and saying i cant do anything, as per our system tabk was full and coverage was selected. Bull shit. This is my 2nd experience i had from this location, and both times they did fraud.Sumit S.

I booked for utility dolly and when I went there to pick it up, they said there is no dolly and with no choice I need to cancel the dolly. It made my move very hectic. Moreover, due to this fact, my return got delayed for 45 mins and they charged me daily rent for extra 45 mins which is merely not acceptable.Sarathy G.

There was a discrepancy with the trucks gas level and Chilly Mart's staff had no knowledge and when I came back to return the truck and asked if everything would be taken care of as we agreed upon signing the staff member said â€œoh I remember you, I didn't think I was going to be here when you returned the truck.â€ So shady and totally unprofessional. You app has a lot of issues, I had issues to get the van because app asked for my phone #, I entered my phone # and it said is already in use, so I used my wifes number, when I was asked for a contact, I entered my wife's and of course I couldn't use it. Then I put another phone number for her she received a sms but then I was asked to enter a different. Van was not cleaned and app crashed when I was asked to upload proof. And then I couldn't upload it again. When I returned the van, app didn't recognize the photo of odometer and fuel, I tried 100 times and lose 30 minutes on the 800 go u haul and app. Worst service ever.Ivan E.
