Easy and fast drop off. Just what I needed.
Mike PWho is the better hour and a half earlier than my pickup time and another customer was in front so I patiently waited about 30 minutes for them to finish up and get his trailer but it all went smoothly

Michael BTried to return the trailer the night before it was due but they were closed by the time we got there. The lady who runs the place opened up and accepted the return! Much appreciated.
JOHN STrailer was fine. Pickup location had some issues accessing the app and I had to wait but overall good people I just wouldn’t go back.

What was disappointing was I scheduled for a location closer to my home for pickup and was notified the day prior to pickup that a new location was now requires that put us even further from home & our final destination. We could not even schedule the size we wanted (26') in our area at all and then to be told the 20' we did schedule was now further than intended was quiet stressing
Hollye AWhen I get an explanation of what the cost will be - in detail, then get a bill over three times that cost, I ask questions. The rental was going to be on the card as a hold for the three day, and then be billed for one day, I was OK with that. When I saw this was not adjusted. I was told if you leave the city you rent it in, it automatically 3 day rental. Leading the customer to believe it will only be a charge for one day is FRAUD, no matter how you slice it. To mae an improvement - Be Honest about what they will be charged!!
MARCUS Mnot having all the needed blankets and most important the “dolly” needed to move the heavier items caused much difficulty. I hooked up the electric and did a safety check for turn and brake signals. Quote “our responsibility ends at the ball.” It seemed there was no idea Of what was needed in my rental. The owner/mgr just sat there and ignored the whole process while the e mployees did what they could
Terrance OAttendant would NOT get off personal call to help. He then said you didn’t drop off where contract stated and would be an additional charge. Then he wouldn’t or couldn’t give what additional charge would be. As it turned out all of this hassle because his personal call was disrupted. The listed drop was CLOSED on Sunday.

Paul DHe was super unhappy I could not back up the trailer. I disconnected it to push it into place. He grabbed it but didn’t clear my bumper. Put a nic in it and walked away.
JENNIFER BGot there and my equipment was buried and I had to move it out myself. Or have the elderly lady do it….not. She was the only one working. The unit was junk.

JOSEPH CThe woman on shift rolled her eyes and was irritated that I was there for a uhaul. She preceeded to complain about having to deal with it since she was the only one working that day. She couldn't sign in to the computer to complete my reservation and tried to tell me if she couldn't get logged in on the second try, she couldn't give me a truck. She ended up calling a uhaul representative and he completed my order by phone. My overall experience with this reservation was horrible and I currently have a dispute with charges because my drop off location did not complete my check in properly and I was charged additional days. You will be hearing more from me by phone.
