DANIEL HI was upset when I was told the truck was on full and to return it full, when I got in and started it I realized that it indeed was not on full, I had to replace gas I didn’t even use. I did bring it to their attention but it was blown off!

Antonio GThis service was genuinely above and beyond. We worked closely with the woman behind the desk. Super kind and accommodating. We were first timers, we had no idea how it all worked. She explained it all to us! Super easy simple and the receipt for our reference. I also had an issue where I left my actual car keys in the truck after returning it. I was frantic and over exhausted. When I initially arrived, we couldn’t find them. After I left with my ride, about 25 minutes later that woman called and she found them. It’s the above and beyond service of her continuing search even after we left, and the prompt follow up that made me want to fill this review out. I don’t normally don’t this, but thank you to Chiefs Mowers and the woman behind the desk! You have our service for life. -Michaela Degnan

Mark CI was misinformed by the people working at this location! They said it wasn’t necessary returning the truck to a different location and that it should be returned to them. This cost me hundreds of dollars more because I thought they were the final authority!!!
