Truck was not there, we had to drive else where to pick one up, this created numerous problems, we were late returning the truck the next day , due to this problem. Billed another day etc. Things not explained well at all....Will not use UHaul again, have recommended to others before, as I am a property manager for multiple units in Warner, Pittsfield, Derry area...I, will recommend other providers going forward.

When I picked up the trailer I needed an adapter to go from 4 pin in-line to a round fitting that my truck is equipped with, I carry the adapter. The UHaul Dealer didn't.

Please check that gas tank has been truly filled! Cost me $16.00 more for gas refill than last rental 2 weeks ago for same equipment, only 10 miles more this trip. Gauge at "full" level at pickup, but not above full level as other times. I offered to show receipts to validate difference...should be required.

My gas was incorrecthe on my contractimeline. There was less than 3/4 a tank (in between 1/2 and 3/4 a tank) when I picked up and I took a photo to verify it but since the drop off location was closed on Sunday I could not dispute it.
