Don't ever get ur truck from this location! When I pick up the truck it was not full! Tank was almost empty! It was clean! Truck hasn't been serviced! Such as every time I would accelerate the vehicle would jerk/drag as if I wasn't putting my feet on gas.! On way back to drop off the vehicle kept stopping like why would u give me a truck like that?! Dangerous and unsafe!Shaniqua R.

Helpers were inept. Billions was confusing, making us unsure if the rental return was credited. The owner was fine but the outside help were clueless. Almost gave us the wrong trailer and they had no idea how to hitch up safely.Denise H.

I started attempting to rent a 10 ft truck from Dave's Pro Collision. The website directed me to a location in Crete, IL to finish the reservation. I spoke with the representative and rented a 10 ft truck as a one way rental, even though I planned to return the truck to Crete. 2 days later I received an email moving my rental to the Chicago Auto Exchange and changing my reservation to a 15 ft truck with an in-town reservation that would double the cost. I arrived at 8:30 to pick up the truck, but they did not know of the reservation and were not on site until 9:00. then I was told, that while there was a 15 ft truck there, I could not rent it at the one way rate. I spoke with a member of the national call staff and then the regional call staff. I was then given a 20 ft truck at the one way rate. I had no desire to drive a truck twice as big as I needed which also used more fuel. If you do not have the equipment available, DO NOT RENT IT!Al D.

I had reserved a utility dolly, but when I picked up the truck all they had was an appliance dolly which was too heavy for me to manipulate and did not have a wide enough base for what I needed to move. The business owner realized my dilemma and was kind enough to give me his personal dolly from Cosco, which also could be converted into a cart. It was aluminum and therefore lightweight, so it worked out more than perfectly. Thank you so much; you saved the day!Polly F.
