The equipment I requested was not in the trailer and the trailer or cabin was not clean before using. The truck was on E when I got it.Erica G.

I ordered a dolly and two furniture dollys but they were not in the truck upon my arrival. I called the regional customer service number four times and all four times they hung up on me after explaining the situation. Terrible customer service. I will use a competitor next time I move.Alexander H.
The overall professionalism, the communication, and efficiency of receiving the UHaul. The process took TOO LONG, and the representative was incredibly rude and didn't seem to understand how to do his job, not to mention I was late to moving into my apartment because of him.Monique M.
It took around an hour and a half to get the truck unlocked. Truck was completely empty on gas. Had to push it to a gas station. The delayed start not only hindered moving but it also caused me to return the truck a couple minutes late.Zachary D.

Main issue was picking up truck, initial pick up location was changed to West Chicago. But truck was not available using mobile app after normal business hours. Had to go to third location for vehicle.Robert M.

Pick up location was changed and no ever called to notify me. The 72 furniture pads I paid for were not on the truck so I had to drive to another location and pay for them again because they needed to create a new contract. I'm still waiting to see if I will be reimbursed for the furniture pads, honestly I should be fully reimbursed for all the furniture pads given all of the issuesKyle M.

I was on hold/hung up on for a nearly 45 min after my pick up time due to the App erroring out before giving me the access code to the lockbox with a key. It appeared I already had â€œrented the truckâ€ but I had no way to access. Then, I was hung up on several times due â€œtechnical difficultiesâ€ and when someone reached out for help with the roadside assistance they gave no helpful detail - they said â€œcontact Trafficâ€ and didn't explain whatsoever what that meant. This was an awful experience from U-Haul but very helpful people at the pick up location.Fionna M.
Confirm scheduling, hold location pickup personnel accountable for incompetence and negligence towards customers. I Had to go to two separate locations because the first location was not open, nor was anyone there to assist me. I arrived at the second location and no one was there to help either. I waited on hold for almost an hour to speak to someone in customer service. I was able to finally access a truck an hour and a half after my pick up time. (8:00AM) The only saving grace for this experience was the two lovely customer service reps that tried to help me. And the scheduling manager Was an absolute pleasure to speak with and she was very helpful. She went above and beyond what was required and needed from her.Ashley S.
Using the app to self check in and check out was terrible. Checking in was a bit difficult, but checking out was impossible. I went through the steps four different times before calling customer service to then have to do it another two times. The customer service representatives I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. This is purely a review about the app.Juliana S.
When I registered the truck on line they gave me the option to check in on line after checking in on line I get to the location & found out I had to do a mobile check in it was an inconvenience but once I got the code to unlock the box for the key everything else went smooth.Armenta M.

It took me an hour to check in when I picked the vehicle up because the mileage was totally off and I had to call customer service and than when I took it back it took me another hour to check in because the mileage and customer service didn't answer phone right away it was just a longer process than I thought it would be.Markita R.
