It was difficult to get in touch with the owners to set up a rental because they are never open.

The windshield wipers were so worn out that about 2 inches of metal were scrapping against the windshield. Otherwise the truck drove like a car. I will gladly go back and/or recommend a U-Haul in the future.

walkways in to office should be paved- muddy and uneven

There was an issue with the rental having to be transferred to a different location from the originally reserved location that 20 miles away and we were not made aware of until the day before the rental. That was very inconvenient and made our experience less than desirable. It was not the fault of the location that the rental was eventually rented from and should not be held responsible for the issue. They were very accommodating and were very happy with their service, but your scheduling system leaves a lot to be desired. I was very dissatisfied with having to go out of my way to accommodate for the change.
