We were called the day before our move date and told the location where I booked the truck was unavailable and they had to move us to the next nearest location. We were assured that we could pick it up at 7:00am the next morning at the new location (the whole renal was under 24/7 pick up). When we arrived at 7am the next day we were unable to check in and get the keys to the truck. Were told that we had to wait until 09:00 am when the office opened to get the keys. After waiting on hold with customer service for 30 minutes the agent advised that our truck wasn't prepped as a 24/7 rental like it was supposed to be and we in fact couldn't get the keys until 9. We had to let our moving help know to hold off on coming to help load the truck and it pushed back our schedule the whole day. This location was not only farther out of the way for us, but it was so small we barely had room to park the car with other customers and was not in a safe neighborhood.This is the second time we have moved and rented a truck through uhaul (not this location just Uhaul in general) and both experiences were unnecessarily stressful & disorganized. We do not feel inclined to use uhaul for our next move.

Uhaul died twice. Had to jump it. Didn't have keys to lock back of uhaul so it sat open all night. Lights in uhaul didn't work was near impossible to see dash while driving at night. Hood popped up while driving home and wouldn't stay closed.

I was overcharged. I called several times and was never able to get someone on the phone. Staff never provided any paperwork. The truck was not well maintained and the whole time I used the truck the airbag service light was on.

Don't change a pick up place without getting a acknowledgement from the customer. I was very unhappy with U-Haul itself or changing my appointment please pick up without telling me. I've never been so inconvenienced before and had to jump through so many hoops just to ride rock. At least the gentleman who worked at the store was nice and accommodating and explain to me how I had to go about getting either that reservation canceled armory moved to where I was supposed to pick it up in the first place.

I do not recommend the online check in . The app kept refreshing and wouldn't accept my information. Then when you have to wait on the verification call it takes to much time .Luckily their was someone there to assist me with the process and make the experience less frustrating

The moving company were thoroughly unprofessional. They were late by 3 hours and that delayed my move out plan. The movers were young kids who were barely able to lift the weights and move them securely. Overall , my dissatisfaction is enormous with the moving company not with Uhaul truck or equipments.

Clean the cabin and windows I was doubled charged again through Uhaul will not use Uhaul again as this is the second location that doubled charged me! Nobody answers phones or customer care. Uhaul does not give a shit about their customers!

I didn't get the equipment I was originally promised when speaking with the scheduling specialist. The online pick up was impossible to complete without the help of a rep on the phone but it took hours on hold to actually speak with someone. My reservation should have begun at 4:45pm and I didn't even get in the truck until almost 9pm. Then when I was late returning the truck and called to request extended time for a couple hours, I was charged more for those couple hours than I was for the entire 3 day period. I wasted over $400.00 with Uhaul this week. I actually need to reserve again for this Thursday but I am so dissatisfied with the service and overages that I will NOT be spending another dime.

There was a "safemove" charge added to both of my equipment contracts that I had not selected. I rented on 8/4/21 and 8/6/21. I also never received the receipt from the 8/6/21 rental. I rent frequently to the point I only do mobile check ins and outs for my company. This place is crooked. I returned my truck, it took them a whole 24hrs to check it in and when they finally did they charged me extra for gas that I put back in the truck. They will not answer the phone, hence “crooked”. DONT TRUST THIS LOCATION. Go to the U-Haul Equipment drive location or anywhere nearby but DO NOT GO HERE. Overcharging weird foreign guys are in charge of this U-Haul location and can't be trusted to do business. They are Getting over on good customers. Just look at the reviews, 75% are about being overcharged hmmmmm and still U-Haul let's them keep doing it.
