The check in / out process (via phone) is not robust. It took longer to complete each process verse working with a real life agent.
Truck filthy, ramp broken , truck on dead empty
The customer service at the location was horrible. The guy that was there was very rude. He was playing on his phone while I was trying to give him my information. Instead of him typing my information, he have me a piece of paper so I can write all my info. After I gave him the paper, he gave me the key to the truck. He didnt even went outside to show me where the truck was located and the miles (like they usually do). Very very rude. I was very disappointed.
Everything here for drop off went well the only issue was the clerk working did not know how to put the information in the computer for the drop off, he was very friendly and told us to leave it his co worker was on the way and would take care of it. He signed his name and gave us the store number so if we had any questions about dropping it off and told us he would make sure it was in the computer. Very nice
I had to call the toll free number and explain my situation to Stephanie(UHaul). The clerk at this Chevron Gas Station did not know where the lock box, to leave the key of the truck was. She told me I could not leave the vehicle there since there were two vehicles already. I handed the key to her after a "lively" discussion with Stephanie, who was not responsible for the drop off location person.
Easy pick-up of the rental, although returning it online was a little bit confusing. I did the online checkout twice but the system wouldn't update on my device. But I was assured with the attendant that everything was checked out. There was a discrepancy on the receipt which was the return date, but it looked like I wasn't charged extra so it's ok.
Very nice salesman. Excellent sevices.

The truck had a fail, no power, high consumption of oil and the check engine light turned on.

The guy copied my debit card and my daughter's license and gave us the keys...we never signed for anything...then they charged my card $130..3 days latrer When I was told it was only $19.99 plus mileage...then charged me another $205 which im now fighting to get back!!
Train the employees they had no idea what was going on. We showed up early which confused the employee and he was the only one ther trying to help customers. Also truck gas tank was not full.
This Pick-Up Location Was Totally Not Experienced In Renting U-Haul Vehicles. I Had A 20+ Minute Wait, The Truck Had To Be Delivered, And Was Below 3/4 Full Of Fuel. All Business Was conducted Via Cell Phone, And The Clerk Had To Rent U-Hauls And Run The Chevron By Himself. I Would Never Recommend This Location To Anyone!!
