We were scheduled to pick up at 8am. We had to wait 1 hour, we weren't given keys until a little after 9am. The store was closed, no one was there, and the lock boxes had no keys in them.Sandra C.

Was scheduled to pick up at 10am as we had a tight schedule to start packing the truck. We didn't leave the pick up location until 11:00-11:30am. Store owner â€œforgotâ€ to log the truck into the system as it had been previously returned 2 days ago. Aside from this we were moving 2 and 1/2 hours awayâ€¦the truck was TERRIBLE, it was old and dated. Extremely difficult to keep it on the road as it needed an alignment. I have a class A cdl and this was extremely difficult to drive. The check engine light came on. The truck had trash in it from previous renter. All In all I was dissatisfied and thought I should have gone another route on truck rentals. Family members have used U-Haul in the past and had good experiences but then this happened and I'm conflicted.khory H.

Location is ok for a drop off. Ok for rental as long as you don't need boxes or packing supplies. I have used this location twice because I didn't need anything special and was in no hurry. It is a gas station and sometimes you have to wait a little bit because there is sometimes only one person and they have store customers also . But - the people I've dealt with who work there have always been nice. The store is small and crowded so not a lot of room to move aroundanita B.

This location seems to stay fairly busy most of the time, therefore U-Haul customers can experience delays getting business taken care of. I rented a tow dolly and it needed some preventative maintenance service, but other than that, no issues. Overall, the location is ok, it's just a gas station, so if you're in a hurry, you might opt for a bigger location with more equipment and more staff.Kenneth C.
Terrible terrible terrible experience! Very unprofessional. I was given the wrong trailer. I tried to call back and have them change the trailer number since it was wrong and they didn't have another trailer. They told me I wasn't even in the system and wasn't even charged. They said they could do nothing for me. I was chargedâ€¦ which is fine but he was more concerned with checking his customers out rather than helping us with the issue that they caused. I later called the center which was a headache because no one could help us change it over. This pickup location is a joke and sketchy. I would never recommend this location to anyone or ever use them again.ELAINA D.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a truck rental in my life. This was a 2008 truck with 160k miles. I picked it up , brought it to my house to load and the rear tire went flat. The rear tire was bald with the metal rib showing. The tire AND rim has to be replaced. The alignment was so bad I had to clinch the steering wheel so hard for 1500 Miles to my destination. I felt I was out in danger with this vehicle. The windshield wipers were so bad when it rained the wipers prevented me from seeing out the windshield, I had to pull over. The head lights barely worked and did not even face the road, when it got dark I had to pull over ASAP and find somewhere to stay. The windows would not close all the way so all I heard for 1500 Miles was air flowing through the cab. The truck was so dirty inside it was sickening. I had no choice but to accept this truck since uhaul wants to call the day before you pick up and tell you where to pick up. I will never use uhaul again and I plan to use all resources to let everyone o ow to never use rbis company. What an embarrassment to call themselves a legit business. When someone pays that kind of money to drive a cross the country you would think someone use their brain and have half a card to assure the renter was placed in a safe vehicle. I fully intend to pass the word on every social media platform I can and will never use rbis joke of a company again. RIDICULOUS!!Jeffrey C.

Unit reserved location changed over 30 miles out of the way with no milage break. Unit reserved was not there and due to circumstance was forced to go with a smaller unit with no discount. Unit was dirty and was not cleaned properly or sanitized On line registration would never work. Make sure that the equipment is safe to use. The Auto transport that I rented did not have a tag or brake fluid in the master cylinder, so therefore it had no brakes! This caused my brakes to overheat on my truck. I ruined a brand new set of brakes because of negligent maintenance on the equipment! This issue could have got myself or someone else killed! This situation has not been resolved as of yet!Bruce M.
The mobile app was required for this facility. However, the app would not move on to allow me to proceed at the point of READY TO PICKUP. I had to go inside and wait for the cashier to first serve all the customers in line for gas and products before she could assist. She was not trained with the app so I had to wait for her to get the owner on the line to manually complete the process. I was in the store 40 minutes just to pickup a truck I had reserved. The wait was an inconvenience but the customer service at the time of pickup and dropoff was good. The owner should make Uhaul aware of the problems in the app because it is painful.Shereda H.

I was supposed to drop off at a different location but when I called they said they weren't doing anything with uhaul at the moment so I had to call and see where to drop off the truck and was charged $115 (which I called and got refunded) which was outrageous. I will never be using uhaul again and will advise everyone I know against using it as well. The manager of the uhaul over here was very nice and helpful though.JAMES E.

We waited over an hour to get our truck because the person behind the counter could not get his I pad to work so almost 2 hours later we got his boss on the phone, did everything through him as his kids yelled and hung up on us and it put us WAY behind then U haul charged my card extra without an explanation! The people at U haul's 800 number were excellent and tried to help, and did but now I have extra charges without explanation!Austin B.

The guy was rude and hateful. He did not have the key in the lock box and kept telling me I had to finish the registration. I called uhaul and they told him I could not finish it without the key in the box. He argued with her and with me. She finally got him to finish it out on his computer but I was there for almost an hour with him being rude to me and then ignoring me totally. Then when the next email came to my phone saying to please check the truck to see if it looked the same as the pics he told me not to do that. But I did anyways. I have never been treated so badly and rudely and was so mad when I left. The only reason I didn't go somewhere else is because we were moving out of state and needed that truck. Gracias.teresa L.

I was sent to four different locations to get a truck to move. No one has blankets!! you promised me blankets and a dolly. NOTHING!! The second store had the truck broken down. Then I went to the third store you recommended. Good thing I called before I went there. They didn't have a truck to rent. Then the fourth store took 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone and find them. They didn't have blankets either. I had three workers all lined up. My furniture got all ding up because you promised and didn't deliver. I was promised .59 per mile but the third lady told me there was no record of that on file. Jeeze!! What is going on over there?? I need to rent another truck for another day but I promise you will be the last place I will look.Peter B.
