The gas tank was on 1/8 of a tank from being empty. They tried to make me full up the truck When I receive it empty. I took a picture of everything. The back door was very difficult to close. Going there was not a good experience

Stop double charging consumers for renting a truck which broke down during the move knowing Roadside Assistance was called out to fix the truck and test drive it before it could be returned. Resolve the incident by issuing a full refund to the consumer for the inconvenience of driving an unsafe prepaid for truck which could have resulted in an accident due to bad brakes. Not ethical to rent out unsafe equipment then double charge the consumer including gas mileage which was absorbed by the mechanic who needed to test drive it before I could even return it. Bad business pratices

This was an awful experience using the mobile pickup. I had to wait and wait for "Approval" after finishing the app instructions, and it never got approved. So my whole family was waiting for over an hour, and we had to get on the phone with some guy to manually process it. I will never use the mobile pickup option again, probably never use Uhaul again in general to be honest.

The gentleman who assisted me didn’t know anything about U-Haul process and didn’t make sure I had the appliance dolly I purchased so I had to come back to get. Before I left with the truck there was another truck in front so I couldn’t get out and it took him an hour to find the key to move the truck that was blocking me in.

I was suppose to get a truck for a one way for 26 hours instead I received an in town truck with one way tags. No confirmation contract or drop off location, ended up in Arizona with a extra bill no one wants to accommodate because from what was explained the agent who rented me the truck had been employed for quite sometime however still managed to get the information correct. Highly upset and disappointed

I had to wait 20/25 minutes just for someone to help me just to get started with the check-out process!!! (The guy at the counter couldn’t help me and told me that I had to wait for his co-worker to finish emptying the trash bins outstide. He never once went and told the guy I was waiting to pick up my U-Haul that I had a reservation for! And once the gentleman finally came inside, I had to wait for him to help checkout the other people at the gas station befor he could help me, which took Forever! Meanwhile I had my mom, toddler, and infant waiting in the car for me because the pick-up location was super sketchy!!) And neither of the guys working there spoke very good English.

Please improve your reservation functionality by allowing notifications of some sort if someone reserves a vehicle before another person and they need it longer than when the next person reserved it. Also please improve your maintenance accessibility. The employees that I worked with just to get the trailer did not have any person to call when we needed help detaching the trailer because the lock was broken on the trailer.

My experience was horrible. I usually go directly to the u-haul store but took a chance using the app. NEVER AGAIN. The beginning of the process went smooth. I checked in, did all the steps on the app, but when it was time to go inside the gas station to get the keys, there was confusion and the guy didn't know what to do. I waited about 10 minutes while he called customer service before he gave me the keys. I left did what I need to do with the truck, gased it up and brought it back before it was due. Did the whole check out process on the app. Got to the completion part (the last step) and got an error message. After redoing it multiple times, I checked my bank account and I was charged the correct amount for my rental... Or so I thought. I wanted to get a receipt in writing so I went in the gas station to talk to the guy doing the u-haul stuff. He said just put the keys in the box outside, you're all set, they will email the receipt. The next day I woke up to 3 separate charges, overdraft fees and transfer fees (because my bank transferred money from my savings to cover the overdraft u-haul put my account in). I called u-haul, they have to do an investigation...3 days later, charged again. Called u-haul AGAIN. they state that I had the rental for THREE DAYS! (I needed the truck to move one couch across town...it took 3 hours, NOT 3 days). U-haul states someone will call me. After what seemed like a week, someone called said they would fix the whole thing... Still not fixed. What was supposed to cost me $107.40, has costs me over $300. I will never use the app again or anywhere other than the u-haul store. I'll just hire someone to move my stuff from now on.

The sign in kiosk froze so I had to manually fill out my paperwork and because it was a gas station I was left waiting at times so other customers could be attended to. Having an employee who is stationed to work the uhaul side would be great but the employee was nice & helped me the best he could

I lov the fact that it as 24 hrs. We had to wait while the attendant drove to get another wire harness. He didn't inform us just left us waiting.

I was told they had my email address to send me my receipt, later to find out my receipt was sent to someone else's email and I never got one. I stood in line waiting 2 pick up the truck only to find out I need to be in the line that said register closed. There was someone at the register on the computer and I stood there for a while and had to ask did he intend to help me before he even acknowledged me. Not very happy and would not recommend this location.

Pick up location was a convenience store with only one employee who was overworked and didn't know what to do with a rental. She was nice but overworked. I got no copy of the contract. The truck had recently been smoked in and the door handle had been used as the ashtray

I wasn't given a price but my card was charged, I called all day on Monday from 9am to 6:52pm and never did anyone pick up the phone to assist me. I was to get a dolly with the truck and one was not provided.

After not receiving a proper walk thru of the vehicle and just being handed a set of keys at my Stone Mountain location almost lead to me being charged an additional $250 by Chamblee Location. The Manager of Chamblee was rude upon initial contact that vehicle was in wrong location. She left a very threatening/alerting voicemail. Call Customer Service to file a dispute and Tina was very helpful in processing my claim. Received a call by the Area Manager Daniel who lacked patience, phone etiquette, and a high level of customer service. Not once did he try to understand or help me to find a better alternative that wasn’t an inconvenienceto me. His tone was terse and condescending. But he did manage to tell me he manages over 30 stores. This wasn’t my first Uhual rental but after this experience, I? have to question the level of training that each of these employees received. The Snellville branches have never given me such a run a round or inconsistent service. As a consumer, very unsatisfied with the entire presentation this time.

Remove this Chevron Mart Distributor from you list of Uhaul distribution locations or lose large amounts of business, they are con-artist and makes me second guess ever renting a Uhaul again.

when I picked up the Truck it was only one lady working the register for the store and U-Haul. she checked me in and give me the keys to the truck. I went out and checked out the truck and it was nasty in the inside with trash left inside. I took and picture of it and took it back in to show her. She replied that she was the only one there and she couldn't leave the store. I think I should have been given a discount on this truck. Its fine I wont return.

The store was understaffed. There was only 1 attendant working the convenience store register & the Uhaul counter simultaneously. We waited for over an hour combined during the pickup and dropoff processes because the attendant constantly served convenience customers ahead of us. The attendant constantly put us on hold and made us wait each time a new customer walked in the store. The convenience store should definitely provide 2 attendants in order to serve Uhaul customers in a timely manner.

Horrible experience... delayed in service, wrong mileage out, over charged me by 72 and I only used 40 miles. Wrong gas tank ... will never ever use this location and p probably Uhaul. Good job in making this experience horrible. Wait for my google review you jackasses.

I was the only one in the store at first and It took almost an hour to rent the truck from this location. I pretty much had to go check out the truck on my own as well as move other vehicles out of the way to be able to even get to my reserved rental. I ended up being over an hour and a half late to my appointment.

I was incorrectly chArged there was no gas in the vehicle but the contract said 1/4 tank I went back inside to speak to the attendant and she marked on my sheet of paper that the gas was on E but I believe I was still charged for gas $30 to be exact I would like a refund for this $30 at it is not correct thank you.

It took an hour for the rental process to be completed. The agent did not know what be was doing. He did not do a walk through and I paid for a hand truck that was not on the truck.

Close this location down, and any others ran by who ever is running this one. Purchased the rental with auto pick up using the app, get there at the gas station uhaul location, the app states error, no vehicles assigned to this location, and gives my number to call the district manager. I call him, he tells me just go in to gas station and ask attendant for key . Go in, they tell they are closed at first, until I plead to pick up the key and he goes back and yells for someone in the back. The they tell me they have to ring me up for a new order. I tell them I already have an order, they mess with the computer for about 30 minutes and tell me they have to submit new order. I call 800 number, speak to cust service, they attempts to call the location. The phone rings, they look at phone and don't pick up. I call district manager. He tries calling, the phone is just ringing they don't answer. He asks me to hand them the phone, I tell them the manager is on the phone, they tell me to tell him if he wan't to talk to them, he can call them on the phone. Manager gets so mad he hangs up on me to call them. Finally, they hand me the key. I live 3 minutes away. I left at 4:30, got back with the truck at 7. Returning truck was a nightmare, they told me just put the key in the box. Put key in box. Called 800 number later to verify, was told they gave me wrong info. Was placed on hold for about 45 minutes while the cust service rep attempts to contact someone. Any other option is better than this, use horse and carriage if it's available, or put your stuff in a Kroger buggy and push it across town before you use uhaul. 800 cust service wasn't any better than this gas station location.

They did not represent Uhaul well at all. They said the truck didn't work, they didn't have the reservation, the guy that does uhaul was not there and to call uhaul about the issues they had nothing to do with it. I waited over an hour and customer service with uhaul over the phone was passed poor. I waited 20 min to talk to a rep and then was told she couldn't hold for me shortly after she picked up. The contract was not explained at any time no rhey just guessed my approx mileage and never asked or go over the rate
