I dropped off my truck at 5:30 am Saturday September 26, I called to ensure the keys were retrieved from the drop box and yet still the truck was not processed until Sept 27 and 3pm resulting in extra charges. This is ridiculous and poor customer services and business management.

I passed 5 other uhaul locations on my way to this one from my destination to return, they told me they had no more room but took my trailer anyway. Lady behind counter had a hard time accessing the system to return.

This location frustrated me the most because I was practically checking things myself and walking back and forth to get needed information for the personnel. I was already a bit tired from my move, and this was sort of annoying. He finally got things straightened out. I sort of wish I had just went to the main U-Haul center in town. Otherwise, I was able to do what I needed to do and maintain a sound mind. Life just happened today .

It was a nightmare. The lady working at the store couldn't login to your website, she had to call the owner to get instructions. The whole process took 58 minutes. The truck was dirty and had trash in the back and a quarter of a tank of gas. I paid $171.00, all non refundable, for a two day rental. I returned the truck the next day with the gas hand in it's original position. When I asked if I would get a refund for the unused day, I was told that since I paid with my debt card it was non refundable.

The clerk was completely annoyed and verbally expressed her displeasure at having to conduct U-Haul business. She acted as though I had ruined her entire routine and day. In addition, she could not find the reservation on her laptop computer and further expressed her disgust.

The attendant was amazing, we were in gas station pick up location. She was the only one working and had an amazing positive attitude. It was just too much. She would have to stop and cash out the customers coming in. It took us over forty minutes to check in.

Please educated ALL of the other Uhaul location that is not a true Uhaul location. It took over 1hour to pick up a trailer and i was the only one at the store and trailer and no other Uhaul items there. I made reservations over the phone and told her what location i wanted to pick from, got a textl telling me that I could pick up from 69 location at 12 that night (why) i was scheduled for a 7am pickup at the actually Uhaul location. When i returned the trailer the same #&£% i was even asked for my credit card information. I was not very satisfied with none of my Uhaul experiences today.
