I was given the wrong key by the location and when I went in to have it exchange for the correct key, I was treated rudely. I was asked multiple times why I was there and when I explained they put the wrong vehicle key in their lockbox, I received no apology for the delay or inconvenience.

Richard KaneWe didn’t look at the text messages about how to go through phone returns until we had already returned the van. We went back up in the evening when we saw the text. It was already locked up so we couldn’t provide all pictures required. We now know the procedure but for other people maybe tell them in advance to watch for that text and follow the procedure when dropping off.

My son and I spent 30 minutes trying to pick up the truck and received only more roadblocks from all the customer "help" when we called. Don't waste your time with the on-line check in, always go through the facility

Kenneth KincaidI work on e-series fords for a living. The 15 foot I drove was a e-450. The transmission definitely needs a service because the vehicle would slam into gear until until it warmed up. Also, noticed rust lines for the lugs. Definitely wasn’t tightened to spec. One lug was actually loose after my haul. This isn’t the locations fault. This is whoever does their services. But, when a wheel flies off it’s going to be the locations.

Pretty sure he didn’t want to be there, gave us the impression we were bothering & annoying him. Seemed like a miserable person overall & if you don’t want to deal with people, find a job where you don’t have to! The drop off location ( Valparaiso) was fabulous! I was greeted with a “good morning”, the girl had a great attitude & was friendly. Total opposite of the Chesterton location.
