The gentleman who helped us was very good and kind. He was gracious and funny. Separate from him because he does not do maintenance on the trucks, the vehicle showed a check engine light. I was sending my two adult children to Alabama from Georgia in the truck and it made me extremely nervous that the check engine light was on. That should have been maintained by U haul and not an issue.

Do not send clients 40 miles out from their original pick location without a warning day of. Having booked movers for half an hour after expected pick up time, you could imagine my distress after having to wait nearly a whole hour for a representative to discover and then explain that there never was a van expected to even come to my pick up point. This led to begging the movers to change time and then delay work because of the rain - forcing me not to be able to even leave until hours later than expected. The location was fine if it was where I agreed to pick it up. The representative was very nice.

The drop off was at a gas station so I had to wait until the clerk could get away from the cash register to inspect the truck. That took several minutes, but otherwise it was fine. Easy return.

The location has no Uhaul sign visible from the road and no equipment sitting out where you could tell it was a Uhaul location. I called once I couldn't find it and was just told to go to the Texaco. The location entered the fuel incorrectly after I returned the truck which resulted in a $34 charge. I picked the truck up with 1/8 tank and returned with 1/4 tank. After calling the location they figured it out and refunded the charge. Shouldn't have to go through that.

The truck box was dirty, had to sweep it myself when I got home. The cab was full of mud and the bag of furniture pads was wet and stunk, so I didn't use them.

The lock I had would not fit the location's opening. When I was checking in the assistant told me the locks were $15.00. When we arrived on Sat. then it had gone up to $22.? and she would not make any adjustments. I had gone to look at the facility on Thurs before coming back on Sat. That is pretty sad. I was sure that the opening on the storage door was a standard opening. Do you all make them that way so all people have to buy a lock from you? ,

The vehicle was so covered with bugs on windows, I had to clean before my trip. Also, when pulling out of facility, the dash had a warning of low tire pressure in right from tire and when I checked it was 40 lbs low on air pressure which I had to fix before my trip. This could have a potential hazard and should not have happened. Equipment needs to be checked better before releasing to customers.

This location is a joke - it is so tiny customers cannot even turn around in the lot. It took over 20 minutes to get my receipt, the attendant said only one person knows how to do it and hes not there. "Normally it takes TWO hours to process a drop off".

The gentleman that assisted me at this location was very virtuous and kind. Although he was running a convienience store, he provided all the individual attention I needed to check out and understand the equipment. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent moving equipment!!

I was charged $5 an appliance dolly and had another.charge I want familiar with. I emailed them, but never heard back. I'll continue to rent form Uhaul, but never again from that location. I'm also never going to leave one of your rental locations without knowing the exact total of my final bill. I work too hard for my money to get ripped off.

Quick online reservation. Store owner was very nice and it was quick in and out. Dropped off the van after hours and used the drop box. Easy peasy. No hidden fees or crazy charges.

The 1 star reflects how angry I am at UHaul even 3 days after I picked up the equipment. The rating has nothing at all to do with the people or location. I reserved a truck and tow trailer 2 weeks in advance with a late afternoon pick-up. I was informed 60 minutes prior to pick-up that the equipment was not there. Yet, when I drove past the location I wanted to pick-up from, there were multiple 15' trucks and tow dollys on the lot. UHaul made me go to 2 separate locations to pick-up the truck and trailer. NO! YOU GO GET THE TRUCK AND TRAILER AND HAVE THEM READY AT MY DESIRED PLACE OF PICK-UP. DON'T TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS TO RUN AROUND THE CITY, YOU RUN AROUND THE CITY FOR YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!!

This location is a Texaco gas station. Only 1 employee working in the store. If someone else is in the store buying crackers or oil or whatever, you just have to wait until he is free to do Uhaul business. He was also the one to hook up the trailer to my vehicle. When I asked questions he didn't seem to know much about anything, and he is the owner and only one there. I did not feel secure loading my Jeep onto the trailer and had to go to the local Uhaul store, which was supposed to be my pickup location anyway. They had to hook up lights and everything because it was not done at the Texaco station. Very dangerous considering I had to drive 8 hours on I 85! If I didn't go to the Uhaul store on highway 92 I wouldn't have even known. Wouldn't Uhaul have been liable for an accident if one occured due to no brake or signal lights??!!

Evidently, there was a mileage allowance I was not made aware of..., I should've been advised of the allowance and mileage rate at time of reservation, and again when I picked up the truck on 6-22-19. Also, the mileage allowance of 76 miles only covers the distance from pick up to drop off point.
