They stated they were open until 7pm. I even called. I show up at 6:45pm and they are gone. Multiple people were there trying to return equipment and no one was there to help. Absolutely ridiculous. This location needs to be shut down.Christian R.

The owner/representative seemed to be very dishonest with the prices. When questioned, he became combative. Our experience with this location was contrary to what we experienced with other locations in the past. They placed a back mark on the reputation of the organization.Sullavin M.

I can't say enough good things about Robens Cheriza (Owner at this location). He went above and beyond to help make the entire rental process seamless and simple. I was having trouble with the app and he came in on his day off to make sure that I was able to pick-up the truck without any problems. I greatly appreciated his help and am extremely impressed by his customer service. You definitely don't find that kind of service anymore!!!Christine M.
Make sure your store is open on time. Make sure that the store puts the correct keys into the truck. Your over the phone customer service needs a lot of work as I spent an hour on hold and got no where. Was passed from person to person with no one being able to help. The person who finally opened the store needs work too. Yelled at me for his screw up. Wouldn't just give me the correct key to the truck, he had to take another customer before us even though we waited an hour and a half in front of the store to get the correct keys. He purposely, and admitted to doing so, took someone else before us and made us wait even longer. We waited two hours to get our keys because they gave us the wrong ones to the wrong truck the night before. Your whole customer service part of the company needs work. The truck had a couple pieces of paper. The drop off location charged me a cleaning fee of $25 for collecting four pieces of trash. I am waiting on a call from A manger to refund me or I will cancel the order with my bank. I refuse to pick up after someone else.TERENCE H.
My original drop off was change from Belvedere, I was unaware as I had called customer service to change my number as my cell was left behind. They still send the change to my old number and not the new. We dropped off at the Belevedere lcoation where they said it was changed so we drove extra miles out of our way and there was no drop off box to be found. We left truck however, and took the keys. Keys where dropped off at new location during business hours the next day, and there was no one there. Windows were covered with paper as if the place was abandoned. I want to add that I called customer serviced and spoke with Melody Daigneault, who was awesome. She was the best, this woman should get a raise.
